These are the tail end of comments made by obummer in Tuscaloosa yesterday as he, Michele, and the kids did an obligatory drive-by (make that fly-by) on their way to getting their boots licked by the…Continue

DID TEA PARTY INSPIRE DEMONSTRATIONS IN TUNISIA AND EGYPT?

Started Feb 12, 2011 0 Replies

America has been criticised for exporting Hollywood and Pepsi; but could it be we've now exported some of the TP Spirit and it has fostered something positive? The President and the Democrats don't…Continue

VA Senate Rules Violated: Delegate Plays Word Game

Posted on March 13, 2010 at 4:13pm 0 Comments

(If the name Creigh Deeds sounds familiar, he is the (D) who lost to the (R) in the recent race for Governor here in the Commonwealth)

This episode began when I sent my delegate an email requesting he support HB 79

"HB 79 protects the sensitive information contained in concealed handgun permit

(CHP) applications from being disseminated by Circuit Courts."

The Senate violated rules to kill the…

VA Delegate Impersonates A Deer In Headlights On Fox&Friends

Posted on March 13, 2010 at 10:17am 0 Comments

Dear Delegate Marshall:

Thank you for sponsoring the Bill which will test the Constitutionality

of Obamacare and hopefully protect us from the dismantling of The

Constitution.

My Delegate Creigh Deeds didn't back this legislation. He said he opposed it but could not really explain to me why.

But this morning

We were pretty shocked that you were unable to adequately defend your

position in the face of friendly fire from that jerk talking head… Continue

As if we are not already being bombarded with junk science: scientific facts

being distorted and maligned to suit the fascist agenda:

forwarding out that email last evening which was not only an old joke,

but contained inaccurate information about the…

A Letter to McCain

Dear Senator:

My wife and I ("we") are hearing that the Supplement Bill is 'dead'.

All we can say with due reverence to our Creator is: Thank God.

Another assault on our culture has been repelled, but we expect you are not through, and we are prepared to turn you back again and again until you cease and desist. …

I just saw where Gov McDonnell endorsed McCain and I sent him a note.

Dear Governor:

I voted for you.

I was at the Tea Party website and learned that you endorse McCain.

I oppose his position on illegals I oppose his bill putting supplements under the control of the FDA.

I didn't like his sheepish reaction to being slapped down by Obama last week.

I think McCain really didn't want to be president, and Sarah almost screwed it up by being to great.

If you support McCain than you cannot be trusted either.

When you realize how many people can't be bothered to stay informed or show up on Election Day, or who do not wish to defend the Constitution, the Ten Commandments or Human Life, you realize our conversation is somewhat academic.
We're on the same side of that fence.
Have a safe trip and have fun

Hi Timothy. I appreciated your comments, but wanted to add my two bits.
Some of us going from a distance (I'm in Oregon), have work, family, and other
volunteer responsibilities other than TP activity. I don't have "time on my hands", but
I think this first nat'l event is important enough to make time to go.

I hope to learn from other organizations and how they set up the framework for their respective groups, and how they work with like-minded groups in their states. The fact that Sarah Palin is there is inspiring, but she's not the main reason I'm going.
