This is a very simple concept. The Republicans in the Senate will never stand up to Harry any other way. Make them demand a vote on Obamacare Repeal in exchange for a vote to raise the debt limit.
No one wants them to cave, but never in the recent history have the Republicans stood firm on debt issues. At least let's get something for it.

The Guardians of Liberty will hold a siege on DC starting on 1/21/2011 and will remain on site until Obamacare has been completely repealed and, if needed, will remain through whatever big government plans the Republicans have in store.

I would also like someone to simplify & water down my papers for those who have trouble understanding them.
If you can educate the people (somehow) by an amendment process, then why not just teach them directly?
Why not "go viral" with the information we already have?
Also, several of the better informed people in our Constitution Study Group have started classes on the Constitution for their local TP groups where they adapt my papers for their local classes.
(2) How do you propose to "clarify" something which is already clear?
(3) How do you propose to "make" federal judges apply the Amendment the way you think it should be applied?
Your underlying presupposition is that the defect is in The Constitution: that it is not "clear" about the powers of Congress respecting interstate commerce. But that is not true! It is very clear! The federal judges just don't see themselves as bound by "original intent". They think the Constitution is a living, breathing document which means what THEY say it means. No Amendment in the world will fix this.

Judges reject the concept of "original intent" b/c they were taught in law school that the Constitution means what THEY say it means. If it means what they say it means, why should they read the Federalist Papers?
