Congressional Term Limits

It has been on my mind that we need Term Limits for Congress. The founding fathers saw citizen legislators not career politicians. So, with the full understanding that the Congress will not do this for themselves, it seems to me that we need an organization or organizations to begin a program of petitions to get such a measure on the ballot in 50 states and voting territories.
