Lisa, You are doing a great job as a Mom. I was a single father to my son from the age of 13. He is now 22 and a strong Conservative young man. It is essential that we discuss the issues of the day with our children, in order to counter the leftist influences that abound in many of our schools. Keep up the strong effort and, among the distractions of youthful pursuits, they will profit greatly from your insights.
Hi Lisa, just saw your comment on the dog handlers. I was not one, I was in Intelligence. I did spend a good deal of time observing training and I was witness to the loss and sacrifices of these brave canines, thus my attempt to honor them on my page. i have had German Shepherds for many years, since the military, and I will have for as long as I am able. They have been immensely rewarding in their intelligence, loyalty, devotion, and protection. Their is no other dog for me.
