PROVE THE FUTURE BY ANALYIZING THE PAST

This blog is addressed to all Tea Party members, no matter which splintered faction you belong.

Before I begin let me provide my bono fides:

  1. 1.     I built the world’s first automatic photo copying machine for the US Air Force in 1951.
  2. 2.     Helped write the SAC management Control System.
  3. 3.     When charged with estimating aircraft…

A PLAN TO CREATE CRITICLE MASS AND TAKE BACK OUR NATION

This is “A” plan. There may be others. This plan may be tweaked provided you are very careful. Too many deviations cause unintended consequences.

Input from all members of the TEA PARTY NATION are expected and welcomed.

Government hypocrisy

HYPOCRISY

Please, someone explain the viable logic wherein it is proper for the government to violate the supreme law of the land, punish the entire population of the nation just because one crazy idiot shot twenty odd people including kids – and it is also proper the government to favor and pay tax dollars to murder a million kids a year.  To this very old retired veteran the people pushing this dichotomy is just as crazy and stupid as the young man that shot the…

You asked for a 3rd party -

Where do we go from here?

Since November sixth of 2012, hundreds of articles have been written on the subject of what happened. So, why should I waste my time rehashing what has been hashed by writers more skilled than me? Also your time should not be wasted reading another bloviating article about what happened.

Our time is better spent deciding what we are going to do about the problem. But first we must define the problem and are there…

Thanks James for your comments, Jo Gonzalez, living as a ex-Californian, in exile and Residency in Texas.  I read your posts, and they make a lot of sense, especially the one that refers to our needing money to do anything, and being united. The TP in Mission Viejo tried running some Conseervatives, and found out without funds they couldn't make it. Yes, I say, raise money, and a lot of it.  We were Neighbors, I lived in San Clemente, will be back in May, for my "Vacation" to work with SOC9/12 again. Hope we can meet.

Hi James,

Thanks for your comment.  I'm a real estate agent too, with a brief (6 yrs) military background in submarines (Poseidon C-3 missiles).

I'm probably better with writing and concepts than I am with organizing.  I can do that too, but others are better at it.

I think we could sell a party along the lines I've described to replace the GOP and I also believe that it needs to be done.  It's clear that what we have isn't working and "hope" is for saps.

I'm not sure the TPN guys would be on board with such an effort.  Hard to tell, but ostensibly, they should be.  That would be a great start.  Otherwise, getting someone to fund a startup and following up by buying a big conservative database might be a great start.  I would think that we could find people to rally around the basic points in this draft agenda http://www.teapartynation.com/profiles/blogs/draft-conservative-agenda.

Thanks again.

Jeff

Thank you so much Sir!
It's always inspiring to me to hear of such interventions and guidance. I believe in them as I've had one in my own life. As a man in my twenties, I skied at a very high level, such that in high school our ski team was the New England Prep School champs the year I was on the team. Later, I would instruct at ski schools during vacations and etc. One day I was skiing at Cannon Mtn. in New Hampshire with my younger brother, a member of the University of Colorado ski team. We were on a ski trail cut specifically for a Downhill race (won by Jean-Claude Killy) several years following that race. We decided to "tuck" the whole trail. That is, go into a crouch, poles under arms and take the entire length of it straight at speeds of 70-80+ mph. At those speeds we necessarily had to stay to the very edge of the trail as the trail had not been groomed for such speeds as they normally are in a Downhill Race. Skiers taking a more leisurely, more normal ride down, make a lot of turns to check their speed and the steeper the trail, the more they do so. As they do this, they create large bumps in the trail called "moguls". This is a very steep trail with a lot of moguls. One simply cannot ski at the speeds we were skiing in moguls. So I was following my brother down the trail when I caught an edge on my left ski. That leg went up level with my left shoulder and I'm looking at maple trees ten feet away passing me at 80 mph as I'm off-balance on one ski. I remember thinking "I'm dead". Then it felt as if a large hand was placed on that leg and that hand pushed it back down onto the surface of the snow. Done. No more drama. As if it never happened. I felt totally calm, albeit somewhat breathless, and finished the run. I think that was God's hand -- or an angel's. I'll never forget it.
I'll be 64 in a few days and agree with you on church. Baptized Episcopalian as a youngster, I don't go church, but I do believe in God and the bible in general. As for our present-day secularism, the communists needed to kill God in order to do what they did and still do in some places. Hoping to do it here too, they worked on making religious people out to be idiots and they started with the young people of my generation. Authoritarian governments of any kind cannot tolerate a higher power. Their deity is power and their liturgy is utterly wrong political dogma.
As I see it, we conservatives face a similar difficulty, however. We need to separate the connection to God from the application of our agenda, in order to obtain the political power necessary to insure that we can all worship God as we see fit! It's for the opposite reason that the communists tried to stamp out God.
Sincere thanks for the communication Mr. Eblen.
