Please read the Rules posted at the top of the page and then, "1. FOR NEW MEMBERS & OTHERS", in the Discussion Forum on our Page. [Click on "view all" to see all the Discussions].
Then, please do this: On the Main Page of Our Constitution Study Group just under the photos of the members, you will see: "We must WALK before we run; LEARN before we teach, and UNDERSTAND before we advise". Please click on that and read the materials. This will get you started with a solid foundation of Knowledge.
There is also good stuff on the "Wall" as you get time.
