I agree with you. Are their any others? I remember when I was 21 That year, we were outraged about Watergate, everybody yelling, IMPEACH NIXON. Fast and furious is MUCH WORSE>  UNLESS those in power want something done, it just dies. Nobody wants Obama impeached except us, and WE don't have a few hundred million to spend making it happen.

When we allow our government to ignore our Constitution, particularly the 4th amendment, we all lose! Study what happened with the collapse of the Weimar Republic, circa 1932, and the consequence to letting government ignore personal freedoms in the name of protecting its citizens. "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."; George Santayana

Based on the evidence provided thus far; if I were I judge, I would have issued the warrant that should be necessary for this type of surveillance. If no warrant was issued, however, the FBI is overstepping their bounds by invasively tampering with its citizen’s PRIVATE PROPERTY (effects). Read the Fourth Amendment and consider whether law enforcement should be able to SPY on you by altering your PERSONAL and PRIVATE PROPERTY. If you still feel this is OK, where do you draw the line? Should law enforcement be able to hide cameras in your house without a warrant? After all, this would be harmless if you are not doing anything wrong; correct?
