WE THE PEOPLE of the United States of America have an enormous favor to ask of you. We seek your permission to borrow Congressman Allen West for the next several years. Being a man of honor, Congressman West would never abandon the good people of Florida's Congressional District #22. That's all of it I don't see anything scary about this letter, do you? The mailing lists source is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Just ask the Broward County elections board. The petition we have people sign is the very same petition that the guys at AWN are using on the ground. I will probably hand over my volunteers from D22 to AWN.  I'm doing this as a gift to my kids and grandkids. My offer still stands.
