The problem is people like me are too busy working to make it out to these demonstrations.  They are held in the middle of the week during the working day.  I save my time off for emergencies such as this past January.  I missed three weeks under Dr.'s care and still had 13 hrs of unexcused absence because I didn't have enough time on the books and my FMLA was disaproved.  Don't get me wrong, I am not crying, I work in corrections as an extention of ministry.  I manage the tool crib as a custody officer but I have an opportunity to try to assist those who work with me to get ready to be a productive citizen when they get out.
