I couldn't agree more, Dave. One of the prime reasons we had the last major war in Europe was because too many people buried their heads in the sand. My Uncle Frank, having fought in France and with the Desert Rats in N. Africa, was killed when his troopship was sunk with massive casualties in the Atlantic. He was on his way back to England, having been selected for a commission. Auntie Kath and Uncle Chris worked at the Woolwich Arsenal in London right through the blitz; my dad and Uncle Len were in the army, and Will was in the Royal Marines. All except Frank came back alive; all except Auntie Kath were dead by their early fifties.
The longer you put off lancing a boil, the bigger it gets.

I wish I could be in DC on 9-12; about 2 years ago it would have been less than an hour's drive for me to attend. Guess I'll make it to our local event instead.
