Too stupid with our IRA and 401K Savings: Govt starting to "help".

Just after Obama's election there was word that a source of govt income could be the trillions in IRA's and 401K's. Because of a tremendous outcry against any hint of forcing retirement income into Treasury Notes (and most Americans have not even heard of this threat to savings), the govt is beginning a "soft campaign" with a more subtle and gradual "grab".
