Actually, Daniel, nothing could be further than that from the truth.

There are no implications of sainthood for lawmakers nor the citizens referred to in that awesome concept President Reagan verbalized, as printed above.

To paraphrase in general terms, President Reagan, the greatest President of the 20th and 21st centuries, simply inferred that this fast and loose handling of the entitlement mindset by the liberals and their cronies continues on to perverse even the laws of the land, in a most heinous corrupt manner, by blaming everyone else for the offender's illegal actions except the criminal himself.

I'd rather like to think that Reagan said it far more succinctly and effectively than my analysis provides for.

No inference nor mention of sainthood implied nor stated whatsoever.

Sorry Uncle Ron, the second part may be true, but the first part implies that lawmakers and law enforcement are saints.
