scumbag-Soros’ $246 Mil Contribution That Helped Smear Kavanaugh Revealed

{} ~ Information published by Fox News Insider: Laura Ingraham investigated how the protests against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh are being coordinated… by well-funded liberal activist groups. Kavanaugh, President Trump’s pick for the high court, faces allegations of sexual assault dating back to high school by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford. He is also accused of exposing himself at a freshman year dorm party to his Yale University classmate Deborah Ramirez. Kavanaugh has emphatically denied the allegations. On her program Tuesday, Ingraham noted that the Women’s March has taken the lead in organizing opposition to Kavanaugh’s confirmation. “We are organizing an impactful, non-arrest, direct action to make sure that the Senate knows that #WeBelieveChristine and demand that they #CancelKavanaugh and vote no on his confirmation,” the group said. Ingraham pointed out that the Women’s March counts Planned Parenthood and the Natural Resources Defense Council as their premier partners, and both groups — which have actively opposed Kavanaugh since his nomination was announced — are associated with far-left billionaire donor scumbag-George Soros…$246%20Mil%20Contribution%20That%20Helped%20Smear%20Kavanaugh%20Revealed%20%E2%80%93%20Here%E2%80%99s%20Who%20Cashed%20In

Flaw found in widely used ballot-counting machine

{} ~ A decade-old flaw has been discovered that would allow for the hacking of a voting tabulator used to count ballots in more than half of the states… The M650 machine manufactured by Election Systems and Software could be infected with a malicious code, according to a report from the Voting Village at DEF CON, a renowned annual hacking conference. But the spokesman insisted “the security protections on the M650 are strong enough to make it extraordinarily difficult to hack in a real-world environment and, therefore, safe and secure to use in an election.” In 2016, 26 states and the District of Columbia used the M650 in elections. The flaw was one of several found by security researchers dissecting voting equipment at the conference in Las Vegas in August. The findings come just weeks before the midterm elections amid a tense debate between security researchers and voting equipment vendors on just how aggressively vulnerabilities in the equipment should be uncovered. Tensions flared before the Voting Village opened as the National Association of Secretaries of State and ES&S criticized the village as an unrealistic environment that would paint a misleading picture of voting-system flaws. In a recent interview with CyberScoop, Christopher Wlaschin’s vice president for systems security, said that white-hat hackers already test the vendor’s equipment. “We believe, and our customers believe, that that’s sufficient and we see no value in submitting our equipment or our software to anonymous hackers whose intentions are unknown.”…

Fusion GPS Operator Glenn Simpson Refuses To Testify to Congress – Chairman Goodlatte Issues Subpoena

by sundance

{} ~ Fusion GPS is a political research firm and network of political operatives who sell their mercenary services to anyone willing to pay… Fusion has resources inside and outside government and the capability to exploit FBI and NSA databases containing information about U.S. citizens. Fusion then uses a secondary network of media outlets who they pay to write articles shaped for their purposes. Fusion GPS is operated by Glenn Simpson. In April 2016 liar-Hillary Clinton hired Fusion GPS to target her presidential campaign opponent, Donald Trump. Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson then assigned Russian expert and CIA research analyst Nellie Ohr to the Trump project. At the time Nellie Ohr’s husband, Bruce Ohr, was the #4 ranking official inside the DOJ National Security Division. Simultaneous to Nellie Ohr’s assignment, Fusion GPS also sub-contracted with Christopher Steele for additional material and internal collaboration with Mrs. Ohr.Glenn Simpson, Nellie and Bruce Ohr then worked with Christopher Steele on the “Steele Dossier” and the promotion of the content therein to media and FBI allies. The FBI then closed the loop by exploiting the information within “the Dossier” to gain a Title-1 FISA surveillance warrant on the Trump campaign. All of this activity is now a matter of public record; none of it is disputed…

by Molly Prince

Rand Paul called for an investigation Friday to determine and punish who published the personal information of three Republican senators… during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who accused him of sexual assault. “Yesterday there was an attempt to incite people by publishing the personal information of Senators – including home addresses – endangering them & their families,” the Kentucky Republican tweeted. “This should be investigated & the perpetrators punished. Stop Google’s Kiddie Data Predators

by Michelle Malkin

{ } ~ No consent. No disclosure. No escape.

For legions of unwitting students and teachers across the country, this is the dangerous, de facto data policy Google has imposed over their school districts. An estimated 80 million students and teachers are now signed up for free “G Suite for Education” accounts formerly known as Google Apps for Education; more than 25 million students and teachers now use Google Chromebooks. A Google logon is the key to accessing homework, quizzes, tests, group discussions, presentations, spreadsheets and other “seamless communication.” Without it, students and teachers are locked out of their own virtual classrooms.

Local administrators, dazzled by “digital learning initiatives” and shiny tech toys, have sold out vulnerable children to Silicon Valley. Educators and parents who expose and oppose this alarmingly intrusive regime are mocked and marginalized. And Beltway politicians, who are holding Senate hearings this week on Big Tech’s consumer privacy breaches, remain clueless or complicit in the wholesale hijacking of school-age kids’ personally identifiable information for endless data mining and future profit.

Over the past several years, I’ve reported in my column and investigative program on edutech plundering the personal data and browsing habits of millions of American schoolchildren. Remember: State and federal educational databases provide countless opportunities for private companies exploiting public schoolchildren subjected to annual assessments, which exploded after the adoption of the tech industry-supported Common Core “standards,” tests and aligned texts and curricula. The Every Student Succeeds Act further enshrined government collection of personally identifiable information — including data collected on attitudes, values, beliefs and dispositions — and allows release of the data to third-party contractors thanks to scumbag/liar-nObama-era loopholes carved into the federal Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.

The racket includes Facebook’s Digital Promise partnership with the U.S. Department of Education and the social/ emotional behavior tracking system of TS Gold (Teaching Strategies Gold) targeting preschoolers. Yes, preschoolers. The Big Business-driven Project Unicorn promotes “data interoperability” between and among a cornucopia of edutech products vying for your kid’s clicks and data. And despite getting caught data-mining students’ emails without consent, Google continues to infiltrate classrooms and family rooms.

Parents, did you get notice before your child signed on to a Google account? In many districts, school information officers usurp your family authority and are logging on your sons and daughters en masse without your consent or knowledge. You don’t get to see the terms of service, the privacy policy or the G Suite agreement between Google and your school. Even if parents do receive notice before their kids are dragooned into G World, opt-out mechanisms are nonexistent or nearly impossible to navigate.

Springfield, Missouri, public schools employee and parent Brooke Henderson, along with her sister, Brette Hay who is also a mom and educator, were horrified to discover that even if they logged out of their G Suite accounts, their personal passwords, bank account information, parents’ personal data, spouses’ sensitive data and children’s browsing habits were being stored on district-issued Google Drive accounts. Unbeknownst to the sisters, Google’s auto login and auto-sync functions allow the collection and archiving of non-education-related information across the extended family’s devices.

Henderson showed me screenshots and videos of these breaches, including storage of her young niece’s personal voice-to-text searches and memos and her nephew’s YouTube viewing records. Even worse, such information is accessible to unknown numbers of district employees. The security concerns are multiplied and exacerbated by other third-party data management systems used by Henderson’s district that “play well” with Google, such as Instructure’s program Canvas and single sign-on program Clever.

As parent privacy advocate and researcher Cheri Kiesecker asserts: “Parents don’t want to just see businesses’ policies after they get our kids’ data. We want to have consent whether they get the data, and students should not be penalized if parents choose not to share data. There also should be an enforceable penalty if data is misused.”

Message to Congress: Allowing Google to dictate “frameworks” for education information grabs is like letting the fox guard the henhouse. Parents have a right to know — and the right to “NO” — when it comes to protecting their children’s privacy. Anything less is capitulation to kiddie data predators.
