Our Constitution is a religious writing, not a secular one. Read the preamble!! Our founders Ordained the Constitution of the United States to secure our God given Blessings of liberty. The Federalist Papers confirm that our founders believe that our new Republic we last if we had morality.

If you ever need to counter a liberals post of the myth of separation of church and state, and would like to use credible third party source information use this library of Congress website url which shows letters, and other thumbnail exhibits  of our founders handwritten letters, etc. Awesome information. Liberals hate it when I pull this site out on them....

THE STATE BECOMES THE CHURCH:
JEFFERSON AND MADISON

It is no exaggeration to say that on Sundays in Washington during the administrations of Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809) and of James Madison (1809-1817) the state became the church. Within a year of his inauguration, Jefferson began attending church services in the House of Representatives. Madison followed Jefferson's example, although unlike Jefferson, who rode on horseback to church in the Capitol, Madison came in a coach and four. Worship services in the House--a practice that continued until after the Civil War--were acceptable to Jefferson because they were nondiscriminatory and voluntary. Preachers of every Protestant denomination appeared. (Catholic priests began officiating in 1826.) As early as January 1806 a female evangelist, Dorothy Ripley, delivered a camp meeting-style exhortation in the House to Jefferson, Vice President Aaron Burr, and a "crowded audience." Throughout his administration Jefferson permitted church services in executive branch buildings. The Gospel was also preached in the Supreme Court chambers. Jefferson's actions may seem surprising because his attitude toward the relation between religion and government is usually thought to have been embodied in his recommendation that there exist "a wall of separation between church and state." In that statement, Jefferson was apparently declaring his opposition, as Madison had done in introducing the Bill of Rights, to a "national" religion. Hey Guys and gals, I've been reading the 'Federalist Papers" by Mary E. Webster i bought from Amazon .com A real eye opener in laymans terms. easy to understand and well worth reading. I just wanted to share this with evryone here.

Sadly, what is missing in the conscience of most Americans is the knowledge of what has held this great country of ours together; belief in God, Family and one of the greatest documents ever conceived with the help of divine providence, our Constitution.

     Today, people in desperation are wondering what is going on in our society and cannot put their finger on the problem. What they can see with their senses is that, living is becoming a hard proposition to sustain. It is like ever mounting problems are closing in on existence, mainly now coming from our institution of federal government.

      With our citizens working hard to make ends meet, there are those in the shadows of a growing power crafting ordinances that are molding a greater central totalitarian authority that is taking advantage of Americans in dismay.

      American brethren, we have but to look to our God for guidance and history as our compass and realize what brother Beck has stated, “We are the key to restoring our nation!” we must have the heart and will to take back the rings of power to change our outcome for the better.

It is a good one.  She has done a good job.  You can also learn the original intent from Publius Huldah in the Constitutional classroom on TPN

These documents were written for us and I am very weary of anyone's version of them. With the proper study and the right dictionary as well as a copy of the Law of Nations, we can all have the same understanding our founders did. : ) I will agree that a "translated version" would be helpful alongside the original words but not a substitute.

Guys and Gals I received my Federalist Papers book from Amazon by Mary E. Webb and it at least lets me understand it better thanks to Aristotle of our TPN group.
