Just One Person's Point of View

The only problem with this article is how are we going to get our politicians to enforce the law? This administration is the worst of all time giving felons a pass not deporting them. I don't think the American people will stand together long enough to fix this problem or the Socialist agenda of the Democrats. Americans are just to spoiled and to selfish. I will continue to fight for the cause but I feel we are outnumbered and outmaneuvered. Once you give an American something free you will play hell getting it back. This generation is lost just look at the people at the Lincoln Memorial last week end. Every where there was Socialist signs from Unions to the Socialist Party and the mainstream media didn't say a word. 20 years ago people would be up in arms but now it seems like the American people are accepting Socialism. If I could move and start a new US I would but this is the last spot on the globe so when we loose this country to Socialism we will never get it back.

Historians Will Call This Mid Term Election: The Obama Referendum!
http://www.teapartynation.com/profiles/blogs/historians-will-call-t...

I pray every night that people will do the right thing.
. After seeing the march last wk end on the Lincoln Memorial and all the people carrying Socialist Banners just made me sick in my heart. To think 40% of Americans want Socialism and the others believe the Progressive propaganda. This election will go down in history but for this reason; Americans except Socialism or they embrace free market principles and Liberty. This country will change one way or the other but it's going to change ! The question is can we inform enough Americans by election time. This is no easy task as some of these people don't believe the Democratic Party has been taken over by Socialists. They still don't believe Obama is a Socialist.

I remember Jerry Brown from growing up in California. They called him the hippie governor. h\He had a fling with Linda Ronstadt and then ran off to Tibet. I think it was to find his spiritual self. How soon people forget, now they want to elect him governor again. With him comes all the sleazy politics...Who can figure?

Most people wounder about Obama's ineligibility and some are sure about it, but nothing will change unless we control the Senate. We need to hold hearings because the Justice Dept isn't going to do anything.. Obama has all the power including the media. The president has put people with his ideology in key positions in the government even in the Supreme Court. He has divided the races and belittled our country. 91% of African Americans still support him. We let our guard down and they took over, Actually everyone was so pissed off at Bush and then the Republican Party forced McCain on us and they had enough. Then Obama lied to the American people about his Socialist ideology. This is not the change most people wanted but yet they still approve of Obama's performance. Unless the media's polls are wrong we are in trouble.I just hope it's not too late to get our country back

Return to Constitutional Government

Recurrence to constitutional principles for
effective government in a free society.

The Federal Government is on an exponential growth path with alarming, dangerous potentials creating unsustainable, generational debt.

In spite of US Constitution Amendment X

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The Book “Return To Constitutional Government” discusses problems with unconstitutional government and why the current political parties will not correct these problems. It defines a way to restore a government that is fiscally constitutional, effective and responsive to the nation’s needs. The goal of a Constitutional Independent voter is to return to a constitutionally guided government that restores liberty to the individual, dignity to the legislature and purpose to the ballot box.

A practical solution would be to reestablish a fiscally principled Federal Government. A Constitutional Federal Limit Amendment is considered with unique, new checks and balances:

Basic effects: Basic disciplines would be created by such an amendment;

1. Control of the size and growth of the Federal Government through constitutional budgetary limit restraints.

2. Debt reduction or dispersion of excess federal funds in a manner that is nationally equitable and not subject to federal political influence.

3. Federal competition for available funds within the budgetary limit will cause program rejustification and the elimination of unnecessary functions.

4. The Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan wars would likely not have been authorized and funded with such an amendment in effect.

5. States rights and constitutional federalism would be reenforced. This fact would provide a strong incentive for states to use their constitutional right to institute a functioning Federal Limit Amendment.

I urge everyone to read this piece. The author has come to the same general conclusions I have over the last few months, only from a different perspective. I agree with his conclusions about what the end results are. But I will go one step further and say that those end results he has outlined are both deliberate and intentional, in other words, we are being led there on purpose.

Chris Matthews told Wisc Rep Paul Ryan Tax increases are needed because Republicans wont cut spending. Ryan said
to do these things:

Rescind all unspent Stimulus funds.
Rescind all unspent and returned Tarp funds
Do a Federal hiring freeze for the rest of the year
Cut Descretionary spending back to '08 levels and
freeze that spending going forward

That is $1.3 Trillion. (~The current annual deficit) When Federal and Nondefense
descretionary spending goes up 84% in one year,
it is easy to find targets.

US Defense

The "War On Terror" cannot be won by attacking nations and nation building. Terrorists exist in cells throughout the world and fight for many reasons. They have declared that they strike because of US occupation and bases in the middle east. The best response to terror attacks is to destroy responsible cells and with special forces surgical operations.

The "War On Terror" is an ideal war to support a large defense budget. It is infinitely expandable and how can victory be declared? Who will sign the surrender agreement? Comparing it to WWII by calling it. WWIII is rediculous and insulting to that effort.

Where in the world is our Military? In 144 nations according to an article in the American Legion Magazine, 2/2008. Some of the largest are:

Republic of Korea 27,000
Japan 50,000
Iraq 168,000 (now ~ 140,000)
Kuwait 16,000
Hawaii 35,000
Afghanistan 24,000 (increasing by 30,00)
United Kingdom 10,000
Germany 58,000
Italy 10,000
Alaska 19,000
Continental US 876,000
At sea/in port 115,000

When President Eisenhower left office, he warned of the "military industrial complex". Consider the logistics, facilties and equipment costs to support the complex. The 2010 Defense Budget is $663 Billliion.

I certainly agree with you Louis and I personally think all of the White House should be cleaned out. This government is greedy and only out for themselves. They do not care about the people only their own gains. It has gone too far.

I would like to ask a question regarding Dr. James David Manning, a minister from Harlem, NY. He made a video recording stating that he has sent a bunch of papers to the House of Representatives with evidence that Obama was a CIA operative in the early 80's working in Afganistan with the Majah Hadene and blackmailed the US on his way up. Does anyone know anything about this and is it true? I also heard him say that Obama did not attend Columbia University. He wants Obama to be arrested for treason. Gee, wouldn't that be nice.
