John started his career teaching fifth grade. After receiving his Masters degree, he moved into the private sector. He can be heard on Sunday’s giving children sermons at his church.
For fun, John is a competitive athlete in biking and running. This year he represented Illinois at the National Senior Olympics in California.
Joe Walsh seems to be one. I haven't met all the others yet. We'll know in about a week when all the nominating petitions are in for the Feb 2 primary candidates. Maria Rodriguez was also recommended to me, but I don't know her yet.
Maria will be having a meet & greet in Lake Zurich on Nov 7th. She is the Mayor of Longrove IL & has served her community extensively. She stands for small govt, reduced deficit, strong national defense among other things.
