Here is what a fellow Patriot sent to me on Agenda 21 … the United Nations encroachment upon U.S. freedoms.
“Our Republic is being assaulted on every front and there is no greater example than UN Agenda 21. Most people would probably consider this UN proposal as being rather idealistic and vague and something we, as caring individuals should aspire to but when one is diligent and looks behind the curtain, they see a completely different agenda. The problem with the Elites is that they think they know what is best for the rest of us and that we should go along with their lofty plans for our own good. The Obama Administration is full of these types of individuals and they have this very mindset that we, as individuals need to be herded and educated in such a manner as to fulfill what they believe is best for us and the planet. This audacity would never end with just "saving the planet" but would then be directed at every aspect of human freedom and liberty until the "perfect planet" was achieved.
All the Do-gooders out there completely disregard naturalistic and logical thinking as well as any model of governance with our rights coming specifically coming from our Creator. I would argue that both "natural law" and "God's law" are one and the same but for the sake of illumination, I will separate them.
First, forced governance has never worked. Human nature is such that man has always created a better life when allowed the freedom and prosperity to do so. The Soviets are a perfect example, especially when it comes to the environment. There is a direct relationship between prosperity and freedom and equally between prosperity and the ability to take care of the environment. It is also true that a prosperous society limits it's population naturally as evidenced by the birth rates in the 'industrialized" world. Countries like Japan have had to encourage birth rates by government policy and tax incentives just to maintain healthy population levels. This is a completely different topic and one that we could write volumes about. My point here is that equilibrium is achieved when man is given the chance to govern himself. This is true economically and when it comes to protecting the environment. Freedom and liberty has created the most equally prosperous population in the history of mankind.
When it comes to the Constitution and the Creator giving us our "inalienable" rights, Agenda 21 is in direct opposition to everything we stand for. It is a direct affront to God and our Judeo-Christian values. It promotes a globalist agenda, disregards our sovereignty and takes away our ability to control our own destinies. It will not work, it will disrupt the natural order, it will bring about misery and will perpetuate the ruling class over the rest of us peons. In short, it is a disaster in the making and I think that we have to stand firm against it. We need to mobilize the TEA Parties, the conservatives, the moderates and all the freedom loving people of this country to stand with us against this assault on our freedoms.”

The Media immediately began reporting this as "draconian cuts"...as if these cuts would now result in grandmothers and widows starving and getting cast out of their homes and into the streets.
This short video puts the Federal Budget and those cuts into their proper perspective...which is anything but draconian.
