It is not WHERE one is born, but rather the citizenship status of one's parents, which determines whether one is "a natural born Citizen" w/in the meaning of Art. II, § 1, clause 5, U.S. Constitution.
This article has relevance to the NBC status of obama, rubio, etc.
It is also relevant to the NBC status of John McCain: it matters not one whit WHERE he was born, b/c his parents were U.S.Citizens at the time of his birth.
It is also relevant to the citizenship status of the Mexicans born within these United States of parents who are here illegally. They are not NBCs!

I wish I could, but not on dial-up. Much of the USA is still years behind where we ought to be. I am in one such area.
Slackers running Broadband companies and the FCC have botched or ignored Net access to this area. Cellular connections are not possible, or cost 4+ times as much, and run as slow as dial-up. DSL and WiFi do not reach here. Cable Net is terribly high priced and does not perform nearly as well as they claim (much down time and slow data per subscription dollar). Even after the $250+ price of hardware, satellite dish subscriptions are 50% more costly than undependable, over-priced, under-performing cable Net and rarely any faster. Plus, dish companies impose monthly data transfer maximums.

Two suggestions: first, try the same link and try using the "read online" link just above the PDF link. See if you are able to bring it up that way. If that does not work, maybe you could copy the link on a piece of paper and when you travel to a larger town with better service, use a computer to download it to a disk; or have a friend or relative copy it for you onto a disk and send it to you. Franklin's book is 75 megabites in size.

Found in a TPN posting by Royce Latham < http://www.teapartynation.com/xn/detail/3355873:Comment:2172575 >. Royce refutes questions about location of birth as a factor in POTUS eligibility (a red herring upon which MSM and Liberals chew greedily).
What I saw in the article was a larger issue surrounding, and in support for, the fact that many concepts and trains of logic were "borrowed" from Emerich de Vattel's "Law of Nations" book by the framers of the final version of the US Constitution. Citizenship is but one of those concepts. However, with a Marxist imposter in the White House trying to destroy the Constitution and the urgency of the coming Election, citizenship takes on immediate importance.
Unfortunately, none of this gives us honest, honorable Courts wherein to offer up this evidence and press appropriate legal challenges to achieve Justice and adherence to the Constitution of the United States.
Today, the US government is run by criminals and their slavish dupes.
