Hi ~ I've just joined the Constitutional Study Group, as I did study the 10 week course via Hillsdale College ;) I am also retaking the course to better understand. Brought the Reader and Mr. Arnn's book,
The Founder's Key.
Anyway, I look forward to learning, further and reading views on top issues, of the day!

Permalink Reply by Johnboy on May 10, 2012 at 11:20pm Once you have a pretty good understanding of our principles and purpose of Government. Our history and prominent authors. A good place to delve into are Biographies and Con Law. There are several primal SCOTUS cases that are more pertinent than others. Learn them. Know them. Just MHO.
If you want to learn the Constitution then you don’t need to learn about Supreme Court cases. Use your head and think. Does the Supreme Court have to obey the Constitution or does the Constitution change every time 5 men say it does. Read the discussions here and learn what the founders intended the Constitution to mean when they wrote it. PH does an excellent job and uses only original sources in proving her work.

We do not deal in opinions here. We deal in the original intent of The U.S. Constitution, as proved by The Federalist Papers.
I use SCOTUS opinions to show how the supreme Court has butchered and perverted the Constitution which our Framers gave us and which WE The People ratified.
Biographies are irrelevant.
Larry Self, Brimstone, and Landshark are steering you new people in the right direction.

Biographies are WORSE than irrelevant, they are misleading, antagonistic, and contradictory to the Constitution and the Federalist's explanation. SCOTUS has done serious damage to our beloved Constitution with their ludicrous "decisions". Please ignore SCOTUS. They have stopped obeying the Constitution over 100 years ago. They are complicit in tyranny and have offered NOTHING to preserve our great system of law. Following SCOTUS and biographies is a path of treachery and peril. Stay upon the path which Publius has provided and become EMPOWERED to defy tyranny and the rule of men. God Bless your efforts!

Feel free to go back to the "comment wall" on our home page of this group and ask questions. Eventually, you will be led to PH's original website at www.publiushuldah.wordpress.com.
