“NEED FOR SPEED” IMPEACHMENT: “House Democratic leaders are eyeing a fast-paced investigation into the possible impeachment of President Donald Trump, instructing the committees handling the probe to wrap up their findings within weeks in hopes of concluding before the holiday season,” The Washington Post reports. “Multiple Democratic lawmakers and congressional aides said there is no formal timeline for the inquiry, but the ‘need for speed,’ as one aide put it, comes as Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is under pressure from vulnerable freshmen to keep the investigation narrowly focused and disciplined.” One Democrat who has been exceedingly undisciplined thus far is House Intelligence Committee scumbag-Adam Schiff, who The Daily Wire explains “made up imaginary quotes during a congressional hearing on Thursday from the transcript of President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukraine.”Tucker Carlson & Neil Patel write: “What’s driving all this insanity? Rep. scumbag-Al Green, D-Texas, has been more honest about it than most. scumbag-Green admitted it straight up: ‘I’m concerned that if we don’t impeach this president, he will get reelected.’” David Limbaugh adds, “Democratic excessiveness is part of what led to Trump’s rise in the first place, and there’s good reason to believe it will aid in his reelection.”

SPENDING BILL PASSES: “The Senate on Thursday cleared a spending bill that will fund the government through Nov. 21, giving lawmakers and the White House more time to reach agreement on the annual appropriations process. The vote was 82-15, with all of the ‘no’ votes coming from Republicans. President Donald Trump is expected to sign the continuing resolution, holding off another partial government shutdown for at least 51 more days. But this could be the first of several stopgap bills amid tense debates about abortion policy and the border wall.” (Roll Call)

Trump Cabinet

SCALIA CONFIRMED: “The Republican-led Senate on Thursday confirmed lawyer Eugene Scalia, a son of the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, as President Donald Trump’s new labor secretary. The Senate voted along party lines, 53-44, to approve Scalia’s nomination.” (Fox News)

MCCARTHY CONFIRMED: “The Senate has confirmed President Trump’s choice to be the top civilian leading the Army. In a Thursday afternoon voice vote, the Senate  confirmed Ryan McCarthy as Army secretary. McCarthy, who has served as Army under secretary since 2017, will fill the role formerly held by Mark Esper until he became Defense secretary in July.” (The Hill)

ATF HOLDUP: “Chuck Canterbury, President Trump’s nominee to serve as head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, is likely to see his nomination withdrawn due to stringent opposition from Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. … Canterbury, who served as the president of the national Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), was expected to receive a vote out of committee Thursday morning. But his nomination was blocked by conservative Republicans who voiced concerns about his stances on gun control.” (The Washington Free Beacon)

National Security

REFUGEE ADMISSIONS LOWERED: “The Trump administration is proposing to resettle 18,000 refugees in the United States in the new fiscal year, reducing last year’s record-low refugee admission ceiling by a further 40 percent. … The final ceiling will be decided after consultation with Congress — as required by the Immigration and Nationality Act — but the Departments of State, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, in a report on Congress, are proposing an 18,000 limit. That’s by far the lowest since the modern U.S. refugee resettlement program began in 1980, when the Refugee Act was enacted.” (CNSNews.com)

IRANIANS BANNED: “The Trump administration on Thursday banned all members of the Iranian regime and their family members from entering the United States, a move aimed at stopping regime figures from sending their children to America for schooling and other opportunities. … Iranian regime figures have long taken advantage of America’s educational institutions, with many sending their children to the United States for college. This will immediately end, according to the Trump administration.” (The Washington Free Beacon)

SYRIAN CHEMICAL-WEAPONS ATTACK: “Syrian government forces carried out a chlorine attack in May, the first confirmed violation of the international accord banning chemical weapons since President Trump authorized a U.S. military strike on Syria in 2018 over its alleged use of poison gas, a new U.S. intelligence assessment says. The episode took place on May 19 near the village of Kabana as President Bashar al-Assad’s forces sought to subdue resistance in Latakia province, a senior U.S. official said.” (The Wall Street Journal)

Business & Economy

GDP SLUGGISH: “The U.S. economy grew more slowly in the second quarter, updated figures confirm, and is slow growth is expected to persist through the end of the year largely because of the festering trade fight with China. Gross domestic product, the official score card for the economy, grew at a 2% annual pace from April to June, the government said Thursday. That was unchanged from the previous estimate.” (MarketWatch)

RECORD FOREIGN-BORN RESIDENTS: “The percentage of foreign-born U.S. residents has reached its highest level in more than a century, according to estimates from the 2018 American Community Survey released [yesterday]. A record 44.7 million people are foreign-born, or about 13.7% of the U.S. population. That’s the highest rate since 1910 and comes amid a highly-charged political debate over whether the decennial Census survey should include a citizenship question. A subset of the foreign-born figure — the number of people in the U.S. but ‘not a U.S. citizen’ held at around 22 million in 2018.” (Bloomberg)

‘Deeply disturbing’: Democrats rocked by what they saw in Ukraine whistleblower complaint

by Zachary Halaschak & Daniel Chaitin

{washingtonexaminer.com } ~ Democratic lawmakers who have seen the intelligence community whistleblower complaint said they were disturbed by its still-secret contents… Members from both parties viewed the complaint, which touches on a phone call President Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July, upon its mid-afternoon release to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees. Walking out of the secure room where a copy of the complaint is being held, several Democrats and a few Republicans commented to reporters about what they saw without getting into specifics and signaled a long road ahead for the latest controversy rocking the Trump administration. Senate Minority Leader Chuck scumbag-Schumer said the complaint exacerbated his fears about the interactions between Trump and the Ukrainian leader, whom the president asked for help to investigate former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his son, Hunter. “Having read the documents in there, I’m even more worried about what happened than I was when I read the memorandum of the conversation. There are so many facts that have to be examined. It’s very troubling,” the New York Democrat said. Rep. scumbag-Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said he found the whistleblower’s allegations to be “deeply disturbing.” “I just want to say I’ve had the opportunity, as have members of the committee, to read the whistleblower complaint,” the California Democrat said. “I found the allegations deeply disturbing. I also found them deeply credible, and I understand why the inspector general found them credible.” California Rep. scumbag-Eric Swalwell, a Democratic member of the House Intelligence committee, told CNN that the complaint is “a five-alarm concern” to him. He also described the complaint as being laid out in a “professional way” that provides “further evidence to seek other witnesses to find and documents.” scumbag-Swalwell additionally praised the whistleblower for coming forward, before adding, “What’s so alarming about this is the number of people around the conduct that occurred who didn’t say anything.”…  https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/deeply-disturbing-democrats-rocked-by-what-they-saw-in-ukraine-whistleblower-complaint?utm_source=breaking_push&utm_medium=app&utm_campaign=push_notifications&utm_source=WEX_Breaking%20News%20Alert_09/25/2019&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=WEX_Breaking%20News&rid=5261  VIDEO:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJqz9QI_TIQ

Whistleblower complaint is out: It alleges Trump abused power to influence 2020 election

by Jacob Pramuk

{cnbc.com } ~ The House Intelligence Committee on Thursday released a redacted version of the whistleblower complaint that has embroiled President Donald Trump in an impeachment inquiry and clouded his political future… The nine-page document details an “urgent concern” that the president is “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election.” It not only details Trump’s July 25 call with Ukraine’s president during which he asked his counterpart to investigate the loose lips liar-Biden family, but also alleges administration efforts to “lock down” records of the conversation. The complaint, based on the accounts of more than half a dozen U.S. officials, implicates more than Trump. It calls his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani a “central figure” in the effort and says Attorney General William Barr “appears to be involved as well.” Concerns that the document would show Trump trying to get a foreign state to investigate one of his chief political rivals — and accusations that the White House improperly stonewalled efforts to see it — led House Democrats to accuse the president of abusing his power. House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi announced Tuesday that the chamber would start impeachment proceedings into Trump. Responding to the complaint Thursday, she said Trump “betrayed” his oath of office and accused the White House of a “cover-up.” Shortly after the document’s release, Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire testified about the complaint at the House Intelligence Committee. Members of congressional intelligence panels had a chance to review the document Wednesday. In a statement Thursday, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said, “Nothing has changed with the release of this complaint, which is nothing more than a collection of third-hand accounts of events and cobbled-together press clippings—all of which shows nothing improper.” She said the president released a memorandum summarizing the call Wednesday “because he has nothing to hide.” “The White House will continue to push back on the hysteria and false narratives being peddled by Democrats and many in the main stream media, and President Trump will continue to work hard on behalf of the American people as he always does,” she said…  https://www./2019/09/26/house-intelligence-committee-releases-whistleblower-complaint-about-trump.html

Lawmakers View Whistleblower Complaint; scumbag-Schiff Claims ‘Very Credible’

bylibertyheadlines.com ~ Members of Congress on Wednesday were able for the first time to review the secret whistleblower complaint involving President Donald Trump… that has triggered a coordinated impeachment effort in the House. The whistleblower complaint was made available to members and staff of congressional intelligence committees, giving lawmakers access to the allegations ahead of testimony Thursday from acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire. Trump, whose administration had earlier balked at turning over the complaint, said Wednesday afternoon that “I fully support transparency on the so-called whistleblower information” and that he had communicated that position to House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif. The House and Senate intelligence panels have been working to pry loose the complaint, which Maguire withheld from Congress and which started a firestorm over Trump’s dealings with Ukraine. The complaint is at least in part related to a July phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. The White House released a rough transcript of that call Wednesday, showing that Trump discussed helping Zelenskiy to investigate concerns of corruption surrounding Democratic political rival loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Trump told Zelenskiy he would put him in contact with Attorney General William Barr and Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to investigate, although Barr indicated he was not made aware of the discussions until much later. Lawmakers said they needed to see the complaint, as well, as they investigate the president and whether his actions were inappropriate… Who is this whistleblower? Does anyone know. If he is so credible, why not show his face.  https://www.libertyheadlines.com/lawmakers-view-whistleblower/

Whistleblower complaint on Ukraine call released, alleges Trump solicited foreign ‘interference’ in election

By Ronn Blitzer

{foxnews.com } ~ The whistleblower complaint that touched off a political tempest in Washington was released to the public Thursday, alleging President Trump used the “power of his office to solicit interference” from Ukraine in the 2020 election… and that White House officials subsequently tried to “lock down” records of that phone call. The rough transcript of the July call, between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, was already released a day earlier by the White House. It confirmed that Trump sought an investigation from Ukraine into the loose lips liar-Biden family, though did not show the president explicitly leveraging U.S. aid as had initially been suggested in some media reports. But the whistleblower complaint, released by the Democrat-led House Intelligence Committee ahead of testimony from Acting  Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, goes further, though it is not a first-hand account of the call. The whistleblower, who remains anonymous, says in the complaint that White House officials who heard the call were “deeply disturbed” by it, and that White House lawyers discussed how to handle the call “because of the likelihood, in the officials’ retelling, that they had witnessed the President abuse his office for personal gain.” The document is sure to fuel the impeachment inquiry formally launched by House Democrats earlier this week. Trump, though, has maintained he did nothing wrong. “THE GREATEST SCAM IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN POLITICS!” Trump tweeted Thursday. White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a statement that, “Nothing has changed with the release of this complaint.” She described it as “nothing more than a collection of third-hand accounts of events and cobbled-together press clippings—all of which shows nothing improper,” adding Trump “has nothing to hide.”…  https://www.foxnews.com/politics/house-intel-committee-releases-whistleblower-complaint-on-trump-ukraine-call

Whistleblower’s team included Dem operative who worked for scumbag/liar-Clinton, scumbag-Schumer

By Tristan Justice

{thefederalist.com } ~ The anonymous person who filed a formal, uncorroborated complaint against President Donald Trump for allegedly asking a foreign leader to investigate corruption related to loose lips liar-Joe Biden now has a legal team… that includes a Democratic operative who worked for Sens. Chuck scumbag-Schumer (D-N.Y.) and scumbag/liar-Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.). Andrew Bakaj, now a managing partner at the Compass Rose Legal Group, interned for scumbag-Schumer in the spring of 2001 and for scumbag/liar-Clinton in the fall of the same year, according to Bakaj’s LinkedIn page. More recently, Bakaj has worked as an official in the CIA and Pentagon and specializes in whistleblower and security clearances in his legal practice. Bakaj’s anonymous client has filed complaint based on rumors accusing Trump of requesting that Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky investigate 2020 Democratic frontrunner and former Vice President loose lips liar-Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, for their business dealings with a Ukrainian energy company. The intelligence inspector general decided the complaint is “credible” and “urgent,” but officials at the Department of National Intelligence say otherwise due to the lack of evidence undergirding the complaint and have refused to release it to Congress. The anonymous whistleblower has also admitted to not having firsthand knowledge of the conversations between the president and Zelensky. Regardless, House Democrats again demanded Trump’s impeachment Tuesday following the claims despite not reviewing the complaint or the transcripts of the conversation between the two world leaders. House Speaker liar-Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who has been hesitant to join calls for impeachment, announced a formal impeachment inquiry into the president Tuesday evening. https://thefederalist.com/2019/09/24/attorney-for-anti-trump-whistleblower-worked-for-hillary-clinton-chuck-schumer/

Trump Economic Policies Lift All Boats

Business Review Board:  The numbers prove it: President Donald Trump’s economic policies have benefited all Americans by lowering unemployment, especially among minorities, and increasing wages. These two things combined have created what Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s regulatory state never could — greater economic opportunity that has yielded increased equity.

The Wall Street Journal reports, “Democrats also keep saying the middle class is shrinking, but income gains are being distributed more evenly. The share of households making less than $35,000 in inflation-adjusted dollars has fallen 1.2 percentage points since 2016 while those earning between $50,000 and $150,000 and more than $200,000 have both increased by 0.8 percentage points.”In fact, an increasing number of seniors retiring would normally result in income decreases, but the opposite has occurred. The Journal notes that “real median incomes increased in households between the ages of 15 to 24 and 25 to 34 by 9.1% and 5%, respectively.” That’s yet another positive indicator of just how strong Trump’s pro-growth economy is.Democrat presidential candidates are countering Trump’s economic boom by offering a return to the scumbag/liar-nObama years of what the Journal sums up as “higher taxes, hyper-regulation and income redistribution.” That will inevitably result in an economic slowdown and wage stagnation. But that’s what Democrats want, because it increases the number of Americans who depend on them for government handouts.  ~The Patriot Post https://patriotpost.us/articles/65657?mailing_id=4547&utm_medium=email&utm_source=pp.email.4547&utm_campaign=snapshot&utm_content=body
