Rod Rosenstein Blackmailing Members of Congress


{ } ~ It did not take long for Heinrich Himmler lookalike, Rod Rosenstein to get even with Rep. Jim Jordan’s hard-line questioning… during the House Judiciary Committee hearing recently, where Jordan and Rosenstein got into a heated discussion over Rosenstein’s refusal to turn over political sensitive documents on Robert Mueller’s investigation. Just days later, Rep. Jim Jordan was named by Ohio State wrestler Mike DiSabato as having known about the alleged abuse of athletes by Dr. Richard Strauss, who was the team physician from the mid-1970s to the late 1990s, an accusation Jordan quickly denied. Jordan, who was the assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State from 1986 to 1994, says he had no knowledge of abuses during that time. Anyone with an IQ above moron can see that this accusation involving Jordan in this 20-year-old incident is payback from Rosenstein over Rep. Jordan’s hard-line demand for evidence. Even something that should be more alarming to the American people is the distinct probability that Rosenstein is digging up dirt on every Representative who is demanding proof from him…


Catholics could be criminals for teaching Catholicism


{ } ~ Concerns have been raised about a California bill that effectively could ban the sale of the Bible… Critics argue it would designate as “consumer fraud” any seminar, counseling or publication that condemns homosexuality or transgenderism. The bill is supported by the activists who already have passed laws that ban helping children overcome same-sex attractions and require public schools to celebrate homosexual behavior. Now a report in the Federalist warns that “consumer fraud” law could ban the catechism of the Roman Catholic church, which is taught to children. The report explains the proposed law would make religious education programs the target of “death by litigation.”…But its ok to teach Islam in the public schools – why?


Nunes Targets 10 liar-nObama Administration Cronies for Surveillance Abuse on Trump


{ } ~ House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has called for open hearings for ten former State Department and liar-nObama White House officials… for alleged surveillance abuses against Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in a Monday letter to the chairmen of the House Oversight and House Judiciary Committees. “During this investigation, the Committee discovered matters that likely fall within the purview of the joint task force of the Committees on Oversight & Government Reform and the Judiciary,” Nunes wrote in the letter to Rep. Bob Goodlatte and Rep. Trey Gowdy. “For the sake of transparency and to keep the American people as fully informed as possible about these matters, the task force should consider interviewing these people in an open setting.”…


Muller Probe Accused of Secretly Accessing NRA’s Tax Records

{ } ~ Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing Russia investigation has been accused of secretly accessing the National Rifle Association’s tax records… Legal experts say the move would be “routine” in this sort of investigation. Prosecutors’ requests for tax information are usually made “entirely in the background, with no notice to the subject of the investigation,” explains lawyer David Axelrod. If Mueller is already poking into the NRA’s tax records, it would explain why the NRA has heard nothing from the FBI or any other law enforcement agency regarding its donations to Trump. Obtaining access to the NRA’s donor list is key in determining whether Russia “used shell companies as a part of a scheme to influence the 2016 election,” said dummycrats-Democratic Senator Ron Wyden (OR). “Investigators must follow the money wherever it leads to understand the full story of Russia’s attack on our democracy.”…


Yad Vashem slams ‘highly problematic’ Israeli-Polish Holocaust statement


{ } ~ The Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial center on Thursday slammed an agreement between the governments of Israel and Poland… regarding the latter’s record during the Holocaust, saying it would stifle free research on the subject. A joint declaration issued by Warsaw and Jerusalem “contains highly problematic wording that contradicts existing and accepted historical knowledge in this field,” the institution said in a press release. The statement is an embarrassing blow to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who last week hailed the agreement and the joint statement that was issued on the occasion as safeguarding “the historic truth about the Holocaust.”…


Back to the Constitution

{ } ~ The retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy from the U.S. Supreme Court is about to bring a 60-year battle to a head.

For decades the country has witnessed a fight between those who believe the Constitution speaks for itself and others who believe it says whatever the judges think it says, or even should say.

Already, the left is apoplectic. Fundraising letters are going out. Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) sent one within minutes of Kennedy’s retirement announcement and Chris Matthews went ballistic on MSNBC, all but forecasting the end of the world as we know it.

A few examples will suffice to preview coming distractions from the central issue. Among the printable ones is this over-the-top comment by the Rev. Al Sharpton: “All civil and human rights are at stake.”

Journalist/author Molly Knight fired off this incendiary tweet: “How very cool of Justice Kennedy to pour kerosene on the current dumpster fire that is America. The Roe v Wade riots should provide fine entertainment for him in his retirement.” Riots?

There’s more, including abundant use of the left’s favorite “F-word,” but you get the idea. Legal Armageddon is about to arrive.

Since the Warren Court decided praying to an authority higher than the state was unconstitutional and Bible reading in public schools was not what the Founders had in mind when writing the First Amendment, there has been a pitched battle for control of the Supreme Court. The left has used federal judges to engineer society in ways it could not have done, and probably would not have tried, through the legislative process while Conservatives have fought to prevent the court from exceeding its constitutional role by making law.

Abraham Lincoln said it well when he noted: “We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” The belief that government and the courts have become our masters has propelled conservative opposition to both legislating courts and big government.

The late Justice Antonin Scalia summed up the conservative view of the Constitution when he said, “It means, today, not what current society, much less the court, thinks it ought to mean, but what it meant when it was adopted.”

Two former justices gave the liberal view of the Constitution. Oliver Wendell Holmes said: “The provisions of the Constitution are not mathematical formulas having their essence in their form; they are organic, living institutions transplanted from English soil. Their significance is vital, not formal; it is to be gathered not simply by taking the words and a dictionary, but by considering their origin and the line of their growth.”

From this came the notion of a “living Constitution,” which leads to the assertion by the late Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes that “…the Constitution is what the judges say it is.”

President Trump and the Republican Senate have an opportunity to reverse decades of wrongful constitutional decision-making. From his list of 25 conservative candidates for Kennedy’s seat, he must choose a nominee quickly so the Senate can take it up before dummycrats-Democrats and their media allies can become fully mobilized.

If the president selects someone with Judge Neil Gorsuch’s credentials, the left will have a difficult time opposing the candidate, though they will certainly try and make accusations that have no merit.

In 2009, President liar-nObama delivered a blunt message to Republicans, in essence telling them, I won, you lost. Get over it. Well, we also had an election in 2016. President Trump won. dummycrats-Democrats and the left should get over it.
