There is a good reason why a lot of the most vocal and outrageous hucksters trying to push the Trayvon Martin case into the limelight are now falling silent.
Al Sharpton is now where to be found near the case today. Neither is Jesse Jackson.
Why?
The details of the case are finally emerging and it does not fit the narrative they so desperately want to push.
Now the latest news is that Special Prosecutor Angela Corey has decided not to convene a grand jury to hear the case. Instead, she is continuing to investigate.
What does this mean?
It means several things. First, in Florida, with the exception of Capital Murder cases, a case does not have to be sent to a grand jury. The prosecutor can simply file the charges without a grand jury presentation. The Grand Jury can be a great way to get rid of a troublesome case. I know, because I have done that when I was a prosecutor.
The reality of what this means is that she has probably decided there will be no charges forthcoming against George Zimmerman.
Why?
Because the evidence supports his story that he was attacked and that he was in fear of his life.
When the police and prosecutors investigate a case, they interview the witnesses then look to see if the physical evidence supports the witness’s claims. In this case, Zimmerman claims that Martin struck him in the face, knocked him down, started smashing his head against the ground.
The physical evidence, at least what has been released or leaked so far is that Zimmerman had a broken nose and a laceration on the back of his head. All are consistent with his claim. There is an autopsy report that has not been made public but will show where the gunshot wound entered the body, its angle of travel and if there was an exit wound. Those will be measured against the statement of Zimmerman.
Shortly after this story first made national headlines, the Martin family lawyers claimed that Trayvon Martin was talking to his girlfriend on the phone when this happened. Surprisingly that claim has been forgotten by the drive by media that was too busy editing audio and videotapes to make the Zimmerman story fit their narrative.
Martin was not the innocent 12 year old that his family and the media wanted to portray him as. He was a 17-year-old football player. He also had started having problems in school and with the law. While those problems are not really relevant to the investigation of his death, the fact that he was younger, bigger and in better shape than Zimmerman would go along with Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense.
The left started to make this case about the so-called “stand your ground” laws. The only problem is George Zimmerman was apparently on his back, being attacked. It is hard to stand your ground when you are sucker punched and lying, bleeding on the ground.
Everything seems to indicate that the prosecutor will not file charges. This case is a dream for a defense lawyer if charges were to be filed. In lawyer speak, it has reasonable doubt written all over it and all George Zimmerman would need is reasonable doubt in order to be acquitted.
However, this case should never get that far. People like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, along with the racists in the New Black Panther Party have created a lynch mob atmosphere. Jackson and Sharpton should be ashamed of themselves but they won’t be.

It was so obvious that this whole thing was well organized ahead of time. We could hear the hate eminating from the bullhorn at the protest. When I heard that the death had taken place three weeks prior, I knew this was one big Obama reelection gimic. Then, when they actually showed the 17 year old young man's photos rather than the cherubic 11 year old, the cat was out of the bag. The death of any 17 yr old is tragic regardless of the pigmentation of their skin. Blacks are being used much as the Germans were used to feed the Nazi machine (in the very early '30s).

Once all knowable facts are known then and only then should a legal determination be made as to what crimes, if any occurred, and what charges if any appropriate. This was in fact happening UNTIL the progressives and left-liberal loons, along with the "black racists cottage industry," got involved. Al and Jesse, the congressional black caucus, MSNBC's lunatic commentator's and others began rolling out their lies.
Once all facts are known and released then we will know what crimes were committed and by whom. Regardless, all those who behaved irresponsibly and ILLEGALLY [placing bounties on Zimmerman] need at least rebuffed and exposed, or charged where laws were broken.
I am not aware of anywhere within the united States where groups, organizations, or individuals may legally issue bounties on other persons.

This will be a lawyers dream case. God Bless Zimmerman family, for all that they have been put through.
