Where is the outrage may become a standard question around here. The latest outrage comes from London.
Britain’s version of 9/11 is called 7/7. On July 7, 2005, four Al-Qaeda lunatics detonated bombs in their backpacks. The end result, fifty-two dead and over seven hundred injured.
7/7 remains fresh in the minds of the British, particularly as the inquest into the bombing is now underway.
As Londoners now relive that harrowing day, a Muslim “artist” has added insult to injury. Forty-year-old Muslim “artist” Mark Sinckler has created a work called “The age of Shiva. The work shows a photo of Bus number thirty, which was blown apart in one of the bombings. Above the bus, four angels are shown. There were for Muslim bombers that day. To one side, there are people, apparently being dragged away to torment in the afterlife.
Sinckler says his work was intended to shock. Well, it certainly does that. British are shocked and offended.
All of this begs the question. We are told repeatedly we have to show sensitivity to Muslims. My question is, when is there going to be some reciprocity? When are Muslims going to start showing sensitivity to the beliefs of the majorities in the countries in which they live?
In America, Molly Norris came up with an idea to support freedom of speech. Everyone draw Mohammed day. A fatwa was issued against her and now she is in hiding. Amazing enough, Muslims have not come out to protest this outrage.
Fox News host Bill O’Reilly was the victim of a protest by Muslims who objected to the fact he pointed out that Muslims were responsible for 9/11.
In the shadow of the World Trade Center, Muslims with sympathies for Al-Qaeda and Islamic terrorists want to build a mosque. In the tradition of victory mosques across the world, they want to build a mosque celebrating what they consider to be a great event, the 9/11 attacks on America.
The simple fact is, Muslims hate infidels. Infidels are you and me or anyone who is not Muslim. American ideals of equality and fairness are lost on them.
Which brings us back to the picture in London. It hangs about a mile away from the site of the Bus thirty bombing. We have often asked, ‘where are the moderate Muslims?’ Where are the Muslims protesting this outrage? Where are the Muslims calling for Islamic sensitivity to the west? The answer is, there are none. The answer is, for this “artist” the 7/7 bombings in London are something to be celebrated. He considers that terror bombings to be a great victory for Islam.
Perhaps the real question is, when is the West going to wake up?
See the outrageous picture, here.
