Anyone remember the 9/11 conspirators? Oh yes, those guys. They are still alive and well living in Guantanamo Cuba. It is now almost 11 years since they attacked America and killed thousands of our countrymen because they are Islamic nut jobs that believe they can get to paradise by killing infidels.
So what does America do?
The defendants object to having hearings in their case because certain scheduled hearing dates will fall during Ramadan.
Now, a judge has granted their request.

A U.S. military judge agreed Monday to postpone the next court hearings at the Guantanamo Bay prison for five men charged in the Sept. 11 attacks to avoid a conflict with the Muslim holy period of Ramadan.
The judge issued a short order postponing the next pretrial hearings at the U.S. base in Cuba until Aug. 22-26 at the request of all five defendants, said James Connell, a lawyer for one of the accused.
The hearings had been scheduled to run from Aug. 8-12, which fall during the last 10 days of Ramadan, a period in which devout Muslims fast during the day and pray during the night. That would make it difficult for the accused to participate in their defense, said Connell, a lawyer for Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali. “It‘s very difficult to pay attention to sometimes intricate legal proceedings when you haven’t had any sleep and you haven’t had any food,” Connell said.
The judge, Army Col. James Pohl, denied a defense request not to hold any future hearings in the case on Fridays, a day on which many Muslims do not work and his order does not mention what will happen if future hearings fall during the month of Ramadan. The judge did not explain his decisions in the brief ruling.
You know what?
I don’t care!
These people are absolutely evil and so is their ideology. Who the hell cares if they sleep? I don’t. Who the hell cares if they get their correct diet? I don’t.
Screw them. I really don’t care.
Do you know what I remember from 9/11? There are three things I remember. I remember the images of the planes hitting the towers. I remember the photos of the people in the towers choosing to jump rather than be burned to death. And I remember Muslims in the Middle East celebrating the attacks on America.
During World War 2 did we let German prisoners celebrate Hitler’s birthday? Did we let Japanese prisoners celebrate their emperor? Hell no we didn’t.
So why are we bending over backwards to accommodate this ideology of evil that killed thousands of Americans?
Give these idiots a fair trial. It is long over due. Then send them to the executioner’s needle after that. These fools have all said they want to die for Allah. Good, let’s help them along.

I think I understand why we are giving them all they ask for or at least I think I do. They don't want to give them any reason to contest the outcome. I have a feeling that will happen anyway. I can't wait till Jesus comes and brings peace to this world!! Where people will get along all the time. Where people of all colors and every nation will sit and eats at the same table with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!! There will be no more fighting nor crying only peace!!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!

Here is an analogy that should have been used but I can find no reference.
Case before the court on Christians vs Athiest or Muslims.
Christians are generally the defendants. The Plaintiffs have to present the case.
Keep asking them if they have yet presented to the Court that there is no GOD.
You are the defendant, you do not have to prove that there is not a god.
Just like the pitting of belief systems. Athiest have now on several occasions publically stated that Atheism is a Religion. So be it. If a court rules for their cause, then the Court Violates Establishment law.
Time we got smart and shut this down. However, The Catholic's I have discussed this with, and the Southern Baptist want to run away from me. Everything is pre-canned and stuffed into their Brains.

This individual indicated that the White House had ordered the Egyptian military to step aside - to allow the rebels to take over. I think this confirms your own answer. Maybe after 2016 Obama will be Sheik of the Islamist world.
