Their fair share?

Obama took to the radio airwaves today to rally support for his unsupported fiscal policies that no one in their right minds wants to see enacted. He does have liberal support for his policies, but like I said, no one in their right mind thinks his ideas are good idea.
Of course, came the obligatory, we want the rich to pay their fair share of taxes.
What is their fair share?
First of all, who the hell is Obama or any other liberal to tell any American what their fair share of taxes are? Obama may have been elected President in one of the worst elections in American history, but no one died and made him king. When has Obama ever held a real job? He's never started a business or created jobs. His wealth comes from his books. Speaking of which, would someone please tell me why an unknown instructor and community activist gets a book deal with a hefty advance? No one has ever explained this. Why him? Most authors will do anything to just get into see an editor or agent. How on earth did this unknown get such a lucrative deal?
Speaking of fair, half the people in America pay no income tax. The top 1% pay pay 21.5% of the income taxes. In the insane world of Barack Obama and the mentally disturbed liberal minds, perhaps that is fair. Most of the rest of us call that insanity.
In the 1950's, the top rate was 91%! Under John Kennedy who actively supported tax cuts, the rate was dropped to 70% and the economy boomed. Under Reagan, it was cut to 35%. The economy boomed. Even the anemic Bush tax cuts stimulated the economy.
But when the government admits that hundreds of billions of dollars are wasted, who says anyone should pay any more? When the government is such a poor steward of the people's monies, who the hell is someone like Barack Obama to sit there and lecture Americans that some of them should be paying more just to meet his nutty standard of fairness.
There is a dirty secret with the tax code that the liberals will not admit. It taxes income, not wealth. A wealthy liberal like Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton, who did nothing to create his wealth, other than being a member of the lucky sperm club, is protected. The guy who works hard, creates a new business and tries to live the American dream is punished because more of his income is taken away, making it harder for him or her to become wealthy.
If Barack Obama thinks the rich need to pay more, let's start with him. Let's take his millions. Then let's go to George Soros and some of these other liberals who are demanding we tax more.
Another secret is the Federal Government will gladly take your money. No, I'm not talking about through the IRS. If you want to be generous and give the government more money to waste, er I mean spend, you can just send it to the US Treasury. They will gladly accept it.
Amazingly enough, neither Barack Obama, Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi, or for that matter any of the liberals demanding other Americans depart with their hard earned money, have contributed one cent to the Federal Government.
When they start contributing, then they can talk about someone's fair share of taxes.
Until then, they need to shut up.

...IT WAS 20 or so years ago that I, too, started thinking a complete audit would be a good idea. IT WAS at that time that I began hearing that about 40% of government "spending" was waste and abuse, and couldn't be accounted for... for those types of whispers and rumors, there HAD to be something to it, since we didn't have the internet w-a-y back then.

I was involved with the audit of 150Million dollars of overrun material in Aerospace and found out why we charge the government $400. We spent this internal audit to the CEO of this company after a 1 year audit.
We were told, thank you, now go back to your usual jobs and keep quiet. What the government does not know wont hurt them.
The $400 hammer explanation was simple. Engineers would steal parts on out the warehouse and bring them home to build special projects out of their homes. The people in the warehouse did ot guard the material, did not care. After all, once part disappered, they were reordered over and over again. This builds up costs on the project, can use this waste on next proposal and then make more profits. The Government decided that it wanted Aerospace to track parts from one place to another. That did not work since operators did not care about using the computer to transfer parts from one place to another. They would fill out forms, send it to the operator (Accounting) and accounting would put this paper in a cabinet to collect dust. Once the computer system losts the tracking of the parts, it would order, reorder, etc. No one in Accounting cared to process paperwork. They were too busy scheduling their sick time they would take care every month. Over the years, we collected 200M of overordered parts that went on beginning programs. This material was used for added profits, then used on next proposals for once again added profits. This is how this game worked, the more you spend and wasted, the more profits Aerospace makes. This goes on today, with proposal costs made up, labor hours 5X-10X what actually takes to build a product or service, unnecessary made up travel costs to increase profits, odc made up costs, etc. The more you waste, the more you make.
Its only taxpayers that are being wasted to support lazy Managers salaries, perks and benefits.
DOD-IG does not care, so why not. Congress does not care so why not, same with the President. Waste, Fraud, Abuse, retaliation, ineffieciencies, lack of accoutability goes on daily in Government and Aerospace with not a concern or care. When I reported trillions in Waste,Fraud and Abuse internally, to DOD-IG, Congress and the President, the company say "Your fired". That is how government works. Inefficiency, waste and incompetence is King.
Those who closes their eyes and do nothing get promoted and get raises. Those who report waste of taxpayers dollars in the trillions get retaliated. That is why things never change, government will never be efficient and accountable. Aerospace makes higher profits with waste and fraud so why change. Taxpayers get screwed and they dont care. Attack the messeger and ignore the message is how Aerospace handles this. Terminate the problem, its the messenger, not those who commit waste, fraud and abuse to benefit the company and screw taxpayers.

Why should people work these days when they are taught that they are all oppressed, entitled to jobs, free food, shelter, educations, transportation, medical, etc? My would a women in the inner city ever get married, when she can get pregn. have a child, allowed to stay home and have the government support her and her baby. This is a win win for her. This is a way that she can stay home and have another support her the rest of her life. Why marry a husband who wont provide support. The government is a guarantee payment to a good life, a way to get free stuff on the back of workers. The government agrees and rewards this life style. So why not game the system when the system wants government to steal from the workers and give it to the person who wants to stay home and raise as many children as she wants. Why not have 5-10 children. The more you have, the more money they get in welfare. So why stop this behavior when its rewarded by government?
BO wants America to crumble, with more people on entitlements than those who work. This is how who destroy capitalism, like in Atlas Shrugged. The majority who gain entitlements will all vote for BO, therefore he will stay in power. Once governments cant afford their massive labor force, they will be forced to cut. When this happens, and it will, labor unions will be in the streets, blaming repub for the stopping of entitlements. Then BO will declare M. Law, stating that we cant have voting when its too dangerous. He has planned this with unions since 2008, its happening now in the White House with Andy Stern and Soros. In 2012, they will take to the streets, demanding high paying jobs, will promote violence. First, the teachers will all walk away from their jobs.
Then the government transportation workers, then the rest of union workers all on the streets, demanding more jobs, better benefits, free perks, etc. This is all planned, ready to go in 2012, before the election. This will guarantee BO a place in the white house for another 4 years. Its all coming soon while America sleeps.
The shadow government has planned this out from the beginning, will succeed because Americans dont want to get involved, want their entitlements, want free stuff, dont care about country, care about self interest, just like Politicians and Unions. Better be prepared in 2012.

That is why we need a complete audit of the system and changes. Not one Congressman or anyone in government wants to stop waste, fraud and abuse.
I send letter to Greta on Fox news all time requesting her to ask representatives what they intend to do about trillions of dollars in Waste, Fraud and Abuse in government and for all the companies who work for the government. I ask Greta to request a detailed plan how they will resolve WFA. Each and every representative (both Rep and Dem) receives this question from Greta and deflects from giving this detailed
answer. They all change the subject. Why are the American people not demanding efficiency from our government, to stop trillions in waste, fraud and abuse? Why wont the tea party each write their representative damanding actions. I am not a one man band! We all need to work together, demanding solutions to these problems. Each please write your respresentative and inform him/her that if they dont do anything, they wont get reelected. That is all representatives care about, getting reelected, not representing the will of the people. Lets get this done.
Once we gain accountability in government, taxes can be decreased, unemployment will go back to work, reduction in the cost of living and life better. Do nothing and see where you go from here. Wait up America! This is our country, demand it back to fiscal and moral responsibility.

Can they have auditors going over the books and over the welfare department to see who is not performing their jobs? Each person should be required to justify welfare, provide invoices as where each dollar is spent, etc. If they have a child they cant afford, that child goes up for adoption. No free ride for women who have children so the government can support them. This game needs to stop.

In many cases, these plans are ignored by the people responsible to implement these plans. I hope your State Rep holds those accountable for allowing and supporting fraud.
I was an auditor for Aerospace. This is a full time job, since waste and fraud happens all the time. Yet with internal auditors, we are ordered to give results to the CEO, then walk away. We have no power to implement our plans to get rid of waste, fraud and abuse.
CEO's and Controllers say thank you, now you can go. Then they ignore all plans to make changes to support efficiency. Its like as my sons said, like taking to the hand.
Changes are only made when there are consequences if the changes are not implemented. No consequences, no power to make these changes, no changes.
