The left is making war on the popular restaurant Chick-fil-A. When Chick-fil-A’s COO Dan Cathy made his comments about traditional marriage to a Baptist magazine, he had no idea the storm it would unleash.
This is not the first battle for Chick-fil-A. The left has skirmished with them in the past over their support of groups that support traditional marriage.
Now the left wing freak show is in full attack mode. This is an all out war against Chick-fil-A and anyone who disagrees with the far left freak show.
The left’s first attempt at intimidating Chick-fil-A failed. Their so called kiss-in was a laughable failure. However, the Chick-fil-A appreciation day had hundreds of thousands, if not millions enjoying those tasty chicken sandwiches.
Now the left is trying a new tactic.
They are trying to get corporations to drop their relationships with Chick-fil-A.
Equality Illinois has started an effort to have Chick-fil-A banished from Universities, corporate centers and malls. They want to drive Chick-fil-A out of business because they dared to disagree with the far left freak show on the issue of homosexual marriage.
In an editorial in USA Today, a spokesman for Equality Illinois, one Randy Hanning demanded that corporations and institutions that rent to Chick-fil-A stop renting to them unless they change their position.
Hanning wrote about Dan Cathy, “He exercised his freedom of speech, and we're glad he did.”
Actually, that is a complete lie.
They are not happy he exercised his right to free speech and they want him and Chick-fil-A silenced.
That is the problem here and that is why we need every conservative in this battle.
This is not a battle over gay marriage. This is a fight over the far left, represented by groups like Equality Illinois, wanting to silence those who disagree with them.
Conservatives are all for having a debate. Let’s put this one in the public arena and let the public decide whom they support.
Oh wait, that happened last week and Chick-fil-A won that debate hands down.
The only way groups like Equality Illinois can win their debate is if they make certain the other side is not allowed to express its point of view. On the other hand, why should we listen to any group that is consistently and absolutely wrong on every issue?
The left is getting more radical and more desperate. They realize they must silence conservatives. We conservatives must fight back. We must go to our state legislators and make certain that no state supported University or College caves to this group’s radical demands. We must make certain that every one knows the public supports Chick-fil-A in this battle because they have the right to speak and express their opinions. Chick-fil-A and its owners also have the right to support political and social groups that match their beliefs.
The problem with liberal nuts like Equality Illinois is they claim they believe in equal rights but their definition is rather Orwellian. Their rights are more equal than others.

Shooting them works pretty good but the blind eye media gets all uptight about that.

I have been trying to come up with a phrase that is more accurately descriptive than main stream media to describe the institutionalized news media. They may be a lot of things but main steam American? No way. I think blind-eye media will fit the bill quite well--at least until something even better comes along.
To me calling the institutionalized media main stream has felt as awkward as calling the totalitarian left wing statists and Marxists liberals or progressives.
But that may a time-limited phrase. It appears to me that the blind-eye media and the semi-organized crime syndicate that we call a Federal Government have entered into a pact of mutual self-destruction--A suicide pact.
Did you notice the report that says Gibson Guitars has agreed to pay more than $300K protection money to the kleptocrats in the crime syndicate?

Let me explain, by stating that I detest chicken.
Grew up on mostly a chicken farm: had to eat the stuff all the time. Came to dislike it, actually. Ate the darned stuff at least daily.
Still, I steeled myself to buy and eat some of this nasty stuff. But as the news came in, I found one local town had people walking for over a mile to get some! Needless to say, I didn't bother that day. But I remain at the ready for the next time! Perhaps I can settle for some potatoes, coleslaw or something...... Whatever

I enjoy their chicken salad sandwhich along with the strawberry shake. The thing that inflames me is the man never said anything against the gay lifestyle. He proudly supported traditional marriage between a man and a woman just like the majority of Americans do. They want us so called right wing extremest to be tolerant while they curse everything we believe in. I've had it with them and welfare abusers and government abusers as well. God Bless Chick Fil-a and all the wonderful people that work there.
