On August 15th, the United Border Coalition will be having a Tea Party on the border to highlight the issue of illegal immigration.  This is an important issue to this movement as it not only affects the economy, but the amnesty that Obama, Pelosi and Reid want to shove down our throats will be their way of creating millions of new voters who will support socialism and keep the left in power for decades.

Join us in Sierra Vista, AZ!  IF you are going to make or even if you aren't, let's talk  about it and if you have photos from the border, please share them!

I've got a very tight schedule. May not be able to make it. But I wholeheartedly support your efforts.
I'd love to hear how the event went.

Lets all support Arizona and close our borders to undocumented tresspassers. I am 87 years old and unable to travel from Missouti to Arizona at this time, Bring our National Guards home where they belong to protect our borders. The problem can be solved but we must get tought to do it. After all this is our country. I fought in ww2 for the right to live here in pease. Where is that peace????? If Mexicans want to work here and there are jobs for them, let them come in legal so we know who they are and where they are and we have controle over them. This is out country. Illegals have no rights, sivil or otherwise. Who said we can't deport 12 million illegas ? Who said we can't close our borders ? Who said we have to give the illegals welfare and free medical and free schooling ? Who said we have to treat the illegals gently or it might hurt their feelings ? I only wish I could be at this coming gathering in Arizona, but my prayrs will be there. Bob
I just read your bulletin about coming to the desert on Sunday and have to tell you that Sierra Vista is not what you are expecting. We are at 4500 feet and a whole lot cooler than Phoenix. The Huachuca Mountains are 9950' at the top of Carr Peak so when you go south from Phoenix or Tucson you are actually going up in elevation. We are the best kept secret in the Southwest.

We have had a lot of rain the last few weeks so it is VERY green and the grasslands where the event will be held are awesome this time of year--as is the view into Mexico--too bad it has to be spoiled with a fence but at this point it would be a very welcome trade off!! There is lots of high ground to enjoy the vistas.

The really hot part of the day is about 2 if there are no clouds, but they start building about the same time so it generally cools off. It is humid, however, so it is not the "dry heat" that you hear about. The weathermen are predicting 90 degress for Sunday with isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon so umbrellas may be needed not only for shade but for "dry" as well. Hydrating is important though so you are right to advise people to bring lots of water because when it is humid you will sweat profusely. A 50 SPF sunscreen should be more than adequate, but feet in an bucket of ice.........?? I am out in my garden every day and it hasn't been unbearable yet. Actually I think the elevation may get to people before the heat.

We are all looking forward to throngs coming to see what the government calls "the border" for yourselves. See you all on Sunday!!

PS Hope we get enough porta-potties!!
One of the places that I would most like to be, but the most unable to get to! To those who are going--WE'RE WITH YOU.
United Border Coalition: Keep up the good work and you have a lot of supporters around the country. I am from Minnesota and think that the situation along the border is way out of control. The Government is doing little to help from all perceptions. I am unable to make it to the rally but trust you can call on the rest of this nation of right leaning human beings for help if you need it. bobp
I also very much support what your trying to do.Some don't see the seriousness in this matter. They need to get their heads out of the sand and look at what is going on. Someone said the border has become the "backdoor" for terrorist to just walk through. It HAS to stop. You wanna come into OUR country then come the legeal way. And while your waiting to get through, get Rosetta Stone and learn ENGLISH.PLEASE.
why dont we use some of the stimulis money to build small factories along the borders and have work camps, illigeals would serve one year in these camps making products that have ben outsorsed. use the profets to build more factories and more work camps.ill bet this would slow down the border crossings, and bring back some of the industry that have crosed the border going the other way.
Sorry that we cannot travel from Wisconsin to support you in person, but know that we are 100% behind the Tea Party AND Arizona!! Go Jan Brewer !!! (Jan Brewer & Sarah Palin for President!!) God Bless you all! & God Bless you Robert E. Lee for fighting for us & our freedoms in WW2.
This is a great idea - and I believe we should have Tea Parties across the country. There are I believe 31 other border states. Even if in small numbers a showing on the borders would send a large message! AZ is in the news because they are making the most noise - that squeaky wheel thing - there are many other towns in the US that need help! We can't forget them.

Oh, and Obama, Pelosi and Read might want to have a chat with the ICE chief John Morton, he told Greta last night that they WERE NOT for amnesty...???

Don't understand your statement "Doesn't it make more sense to support current enforcement policies?" Tim!
That's the problem, really, the present de facto policy is not to enforce the present laws.

Perhaps you meant "Doesn't it make more sense to support the enforcement of current Federal laws?" .
Right, Tim. That's all the Arizona law intends: enforcement of existing Federal laws, and reverse the influx of Illegal Aliens Democrats!
Your point is well taken Tim. The best way to kill ants is to kill the anthill. Gasoline is generally effective!
But I'm not adverse to killing individual ants on occasion.

The excuse often used by the by the left is that "We can't deport all the illegal aliens, there are too many of them!"

The answer is the same as to the question "How do you eat an Elephant?"
The answer, of course, is One bite at a time.

Perhaps I should have used a Donkey for this analogy. But we wish to consume both, don't we?
