Obama is not a dictator. He only thinks he is. He is increasingly following a path that was blazed by others before him but leads to dictatorship and the end of liberty. What is this path Obama is taking?
It is the path of regulation.
There are three sources of law. These are, the constitution itself, statutes, which are passed by Congress, and Regulations that are issued by various departments of the government. Regulations are often referred to as administrative law. These are the rules and regulations that govern departments but also far too often govern the lives of Americans.
Departments or other government officials do not have the inherent power to issue regulation. Congress, when passing laws, includes what is called enabling legislation. For example, when Obamacare passed, part of the language of that bill authorized the Department of Human Services to issue regulations to implement Obamacare. Some estimate by the time it is done, Obamacare will add 200,000 pages to the Code of Federal Regulations.
As of 1998, there were 134,723 pages of Federal Rules and Regulations.
Increasingly, the Obama regime is using regulations to bypass Congress to achieve what he cannot lawfully. A few weeks ago, the Education Secretary announced he would use regulations to effective end the No Child Left Behind Act. No Child Left Behind was, at best, a horrible law. However, it was passed by Congress and signed by the President. It is up to Congress to change the laws.
Since Obama took office, the area of the Federal Government that is growing the fastest is the area of regulation. Since Obama took office, the budget for federal regulatory agencies has grown by 16% and employment in regulatory agencies has grown by 13%. Meanwhile, in real America, also known as the private sector, employment has shrunk by 5.6%.
The Obama regime also imposed more than 75 major rules in its first 26 months of governing at a cost of more than $40 billion dollars to the corporations and individuals who have to comply with them.
Let’s put that into perspective. If the private sector did not have to pay the costs of these rules, it could take that money and employ 400,000 people at a salary of $100,000 a year!
According to Senator John Barrasso, another 379 Rules costing the private sector another $9.5 billion went into effect in July.
No wonder we are in a depression. The private sector is being regulated to death.
The Republicans may have seen the light. Yesterday Eric Cantor outlined a plan that would cut ten major regulations.
Regulations are job killers. Here is an idea for the GOP. Strip the ability of departments to pass regulations, period. The Cantor plan requires at least major regulations to go to Congress for an up or down vote, which is a good start.
The problem, which the Republicans may not yet get, is that we are over legislated, over regulated and over taxed.
This problem will only be solved when the Congress stops passing new, unnecessary laws and starts cutting the laws, rules and regulations that interfere with liberty and allow the government to intrude even more into the lives of American citizens.

They only need to work on the fear of the electorate and the elected officials to exercise dictatorial power.
Obama is already a Dictator, because he exercises his power indirectly through his minions and through the Cadre of Controllers hiding in the regulatory agencies, like cockroaches hiding under rocks.
The Democrats have assisted Obama in his rise to Dictatorship, by pushing Political Correctness and by attacking all Conservative people with name-calling and personal attacks.
People are already afraid to call him out for fear of retribution from the government and personal attacks from the Democrats.
Just this morning, I was listening to the Bill Bennett show and a guest mentioned that the new regulations against the secret ballot in union elections was "troublesome". I immediately called in to say that loss of the secret ballot was FAR BEYOND troublesome -- it is a DICTATORSHIP in our government. The call screener said, "I'll pass it on to Bill", and I said "I want to say the word DICTATORSHIP on the air."
The call screener said, "Sorry, man", and hung up.
The Bill Bennett show is AFRAID to say DICTATOR on the air !!!!!
That is exactly how Hitler took over Germany and destroyed it. The people were afraid to fight him early on, when they might have been able to stop him.

Excuse me, when Dictator Obama wants that bill passed and was not happy with the results from the House and Senate, Dictator Obama simply passes it anyway and takes and uses the Taxpayers money rather they like it or not. That is trashing the Constitution, That is violation of the Powers Act and Dictator Powers on the part of Obama.
So when Obama speaks before the House and to the Senate, UNDERSTAND HERE AND NOW, They are Worthless and consist of No Power to act or control Obama in any way.
