The signs of early surrender
If you want a preview of the campaign this fall and the real possibility that Mitt Romney who would win the election if it were held today, may quite possibly blow our chance to get Obama out of office.
What is Romney doing that could blow his chances?
His senior advisor Eric Ferhnstorm made an appearance on CNN. The last time he did that he announced Romney would reset after the primary, like an etch a sketch, forgetting all of the conservative things he had said in the primary and would move way over to the left.
This time Ferhnstorm appeared to give comfort to the Martha’s Vineyard crowd. Mitt Romney is not a birther. RINO’s from coast to coast have breathed a sigh of relief. Wine bottles and Brie cheese is being broken out all across RINOland.
That has got to be one of the dumbest things Romney could have done.
Before this goes any further, there should be a disclaimer here. While a number of nutty leftist sites describe me as a birther, I have said repeatedly I believe it is more likely than not Obama was born in Hawaii, pretty much as advertised.
However, questions have been raised about his eligibility to serve and it is incumbent upon him to answer those questions. Instead of answering those questions, he has obfuscated. His long form birth certificate would solve the issue. Instead he released an amateurishly forged image. This forgery was so bad a first year law student could keep it from being admitted as evidence in a court proceeding.
In American law, if one side has exclusive possession of an item and refuses to produce it, the judge or jury can assume they are doing so because whatever the item is, it is adverse to their position. In other words, if this case were ever in front of a jury, the judge would tell that jury that because Barack Obama will not produce that birth certificate, they could assume that the birth certificate hurt his case.
For Romney, the obvious question is why the hell are you surrendering on this issue? You do not have to come out like Donald Trump did. Perhaps you should take a look at Trump’s numbers while he was going after Obama on his eligibility. Obama released that forged birth certificate because Trump was hitting him so hard.
Memo to Romney. You do not win an election by being on the defensive. You win by putting the other guy on the defensive. You don’t even have to make the attack yourself.
If Romney does not believe this, just wait. All of the attacks on his Mormon faith are going to be coming from surrogates while Obama washes his hands.
This is one issue that could cause Obama problems this summer. But not any more. Romney has surrendered faster than John Boehner. Once again, Mitt Romney has showed up for debate club while Barack Obama is showing up for fight club.
If it could be proven that Obama was born in Kenya, lost his citizenship due to his adoption by a foreign national or lost his citizenship through another means, Obama was never eligible to be President. For conservatives, this is the Holy Grail. This would undo everything that Barack Obama has done.
Unfortunately for us, Mitt Romney has no desire to undo what Barack Obama has done.
For conservatives, no matter how bad Mitt Romney is, Barack Obama is worse. We must continue to work and make certain that Obama does not get a second term. Unfortunately with a candidate like Romney, this may be a long hot summer.

Romney and company will approach this campaign against Obama on what they call moral high ground, Obama has said if they bring a knife we will bring a gun. Doesn't sound as if they are going to be on any moral high ground they are going to just take it.
We must get Obama out of office first and foremost and then in four years we can get rid of Rubber Stamp Romney and have a candidate vetted that we know will be for We The People. United we stand devided we fall.

Romney had no problem bullying the other republicans. Now he will be nice and respectful. We will see a repeat of McCain bobbing his head like a dash board doll and talking about how he respects him and just disagrees with him on a few issues.

I hope you are mistaken about that, John C. If we are again being fooled and Romney is 'conning' us just as McCain did, the U.S. as we know it may not survive. And if America does not survive, the rest of the Free World will be over also.
How can we really trust any candidate that we have not chosen for ourselves?

You do not have to be a Birther to believe Obama is unqualified.
By his own admission, his father was a British subject, that gives Obama Dual Citizenship.
Per S.C. decision in Minor vs Happersett, (1975), Natural Born Citizen means born to two American Citizen Parents.
There are many more references to this in the Federalist Papers that confirm Emmerich de Vattel's definition of natural Born Citizenship, from which the Founders got their inspiration, and Minor vs. Happersett draws the framers definition of this requirement for the POTUS of the nation.
Al this to prevent a men rising to the POTUS position with conflicting loyalty.
Finally, his forged draft registration record makes him ineligible for any Fedeeral Office position, and that includes the position of POTUS
You are a lawyer, you owe your readers the full limitations for the POTUS position

The issue of Obama's eligibility will not be resolved in the near future. Men of power will ensure this. It has been shown through out history that when those in power break the law a cover-up occurs. There are times when truth prevails often revealed by individuals who are willing to suffer the consequence. I honestly believe the truth will surface sometime in the future. For now I honestly believe it is a distraction meant to divide and conquer. We now find ourselves with a stand off. Liberals are entrenched and thus will not ever acknowledge the possibility truth be known they do not care. We Conservatives do but alas those who are hell bent on aiding tn the demise of our constitution and the destruction of a sovereign country simply were out in front on this issue. The facts have been sealed, buried. While I am grateful for those bloodhounds on the trail for truth and I sincerely hope they persevere I remain focused on the task before us and that would be to deny Obama another term using only the tool we have left and that would be a vote and encouraging others to cast a vote as well.

Don't forget... The eligibility of the President is that "both" Parents .... s.... s.... s... MUST BE US Citizens. Barack Senior was a citizen of Kenya.

It is a fact, Romney has no chose but to campaign from the middle and hope like hell that Ron Paul will call on his faithful to support Romney. Although I have little faith that Romney can do his part in bringing us into his camp. Mr. Romney has a mountain to cross. I am of the belief that the GOP has planned Obama's return to a second term.

Its that or vote for obama. Then if we dont vote its the same as voting for obama. Or write in and its one for obama. Third party and its a vote for obama. Simple!
