The right to resolution
The preamble of the United States Constitution identifies the people as the sovereign authority over the federal government. It was by this authority the people created the Federal mechanism and endowed the three branches with an authority to perform its duties in the name of the people. It was also by the authority of the people to post constraints and limitations to these authorities requiring the oath of allegiance to the intents of the Constitution that bound them to comply to the the law of Constitution, but it seems that they no longer feel the necessity to abide to these oaths.
In Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution we are guaranteed a Republican form of government, but the liberal press, and socialist intellectuals dispute that this is an ambiguous and undefinable statement. They make claim that the Constitution makes no guarantees and discredit its value to sustain self rule when the document by its own intent defines the American brand of republic as not merely being a government of laws, but a government of laws under the superior authority of the people.
So when the government exceeds the limits and constraint created by the people and assume the authority of discretion to ignore the wants and needs of the majority of the society that created it, with the intent to destroy the people that had created it. It becomes the duty of the people to resist the oppressive legislation's created by these illegally obtained and self assumed powers and to use the authority of the people allowed in the democratic process of protest, petition, election, state convention or revolution as a final result against tyranny when denied the recourse to peaceful resolve which is the intent of the Constitution.
Our republic can only be defined by its people, the reflection of our history our conscience, and our belief in God given rights our motivation to preserve and maintain the ideal of freedom eternally and perpetually here in America, and this to be done by the mere enforcement of the Constitution, and by the will of the people to act in their own behave.
