Conservatives like to ask the question, “What would Ronald Reagan do?” When it comes to election time, the Reagan test evolves into candidates claiming to be the most like Reagan. We are down to two candidates running for President.
Between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, who is the most like Reagan? The answer may surprise you. For conservatives understanding the answer will be crucial to this election.
Who is the most like Reagan? Why? And most important of all, what is the lesson that is so critical here?
The shocking answer is that the candidate most like Ronald Reagan is Barack Obama.
Before anyone goes shrieking into the morning, throwing computers, sharp objects or jumping from 1st story windows, understand Barack Obama is no conservative.
He is a Marxist.
So how can he be more like Ronald Reagan than Mitt Romney?
When Ronald Reagan ran for the Presidency, he did not do it because he needed to feed his ego. Nor did he do it just to punch the ticket on his resume.
When Ronald Reagan ran for office, he did it because he was on a mission. Ronald Reagan’s mission was to destroy communism abroad and roll back socialism here in America. In the late 70’s, before Reagan became President, in a lot of areas, it was hip to call yourself a communist. By the time Reagan was done, only crazy old college professors and nut job Hollywood stars called themselves communists.
Ronald Reagan had a purpose.
Four Presidents separate Ronald Reagan from Barack Obama. Reagan and Obama were the only two of the last six who went to the White House on a mission.
Unfortunately for America, Obama’s mission is to destroy America. His mission is to see America reduced from the world’s superpower to just another nation. His mission is to transform America from a free market nation to a socialist nation. His mission is to destroy the freedom and liberty that have made America great and replace it with a system that is known for producing only tyranny, poverty and occasionally mass murder.
Of the six Presidents, including President Reagan and Obama, two thirds have gone to the White House without a specific mission. They had some kind of agenda but they did not have the great sense of purpose driving them.
If Mitt Romney becomes President in January, then only two of the seven most recent Presidents will be, to paraphrase the title from Rick Warren’s bestseller, “A purpose driven President.”
For conservatives, we should be rejoicing in this fact and planning our strategy accordingly.
Why should we rejoice?
Romney is not going to be a strong leader. He is a manager, not a leader. When the constitution was written, our founding fathers did not want a strong President. If you read the Constitution, the duties of the President and for that matter the Federal Government, are quite limited.
The real power is supposed to reside in the Congress.
This must be our strategy for 2012. We must elect a conservative congress. We must follow the Reagan strategy and have a plan. Reagan planned to bring down the Soviet Union by the end of his second term. He missed that by three years, but he succeeded.
We conservatives must plan to bring down socialism in America by 2020. We can do this.
If Romney is President, he probably will not help us much but he will not stand in our way. If Obama gets a second term, he can use the power of the executive branch to continue his mission to destroy America. If we have the greatest congress in the history of this nation, Obama will still be able to veto legislation and take executive action to stop the roll back of socialism.
The Reagan rule is simple. It is actually not a political rule per se but a rule of life. If you are going to succeed, you must have a plan. Benjamin Franklin said, “He who fails to plan, plans to fail.”
This is the secret of our success and how we save America. Our plan must be to get a conservative congress elected this fall and get Obama out of the White House before he can do any more damage.
This is what Reagan would do.

He may not naturally lean as far right as we would like, but with the shape this country is in after nearly 4 years of statism, he may do better than we expect knowing the course corrections that need to be made. If Newt can stump for him, we should give him a chance also. A conservative house & senate will help shape the years ahead and keep Romney on track.

Engelhardt on Judson, I agree we need to elect true Conservative Republicans and replace our career politicians who for the most part run as Republicans but are not fiscally responsible nor truly stand behind our Constitution and defend, protect or preserve it either. They are actually a disgrace to their Oath of Office and don't follow the values and principles of our Founding Fathers. It is sickening how they defend their stance on issues and the Bills put before them to vote on and yet campaign to be Constitutionalists. We must get the Republicans In Name ONLY out of Washington. Get fresh faces who really value our Country and the Constitution, and who will clean up the messes their predecessors left behind with fiscal responsibility by cutting all the waste of big government.

It was Newt that convince President Clinton to stop a lot of spending and that is how Clinton had a suplus.
You can't be a happy person with free money. It makes another person unhappy.

So, let us get the message out. Volunteer at victory center phone banks, knock on doors, convince your friends and family and co-workers, write editorials, become precinct delegates, etc.
This is our last chance to save America. 50% of the nation pays zero income taxes, while taking government handouts.
We will soon reach a tipping point where conservatives/Republicans CANNOT get enough votes to ever be elected again to the Oval Office.
What legacy do we want to pass along to our kids and grand-kids?
The time to act is NOW. The responsibility rests on our shoulders. May the Right prevail!

We need to send a very clear message to Romney.
When the US dollar fails, (we're down to 3% of it's original economic power), drug down by Europe's collapse, there will be powerful forces pushing to institute a one world currency and give up US Sovereign control of the Dollar.
The Elites gave us the middle finger when we told them NO BAILOUTS, and George Bush stood with the Elites.
We must send a clear message to Romney that he MUST stand with the people this time.
The criminal theft of $2 Trillion dollars (some say as high as $15 Trillion) from the US taxpayer since 2008 must STOP!
Paper money has failed in this nation during the Revolutionary war and in the South during the Civil War. It has failed throughout history, every time it is tried. The PTB always use it as a shell game to steal from the masses.
It's happening again right in front of our eyes. You know they have something bad planned for us since the MSM is being very cagy about spelling out what is happening.
Hold his feet to the fire on this one! No nation has ever retained it's sovereignty after destruction of it's currency.
