The efforts of the Obama regime to steal the 2012 election have kicked into full swing. Many states have passed laws to require ID to vote. Of course, the Obama regime needs voter fraud in order to win, so they are fighting voter ID laws tooth and nail.

The Justice Department on Friday rejected South Carolina's law requiring voters to show photo identification at the polls, saying it makes it harder for minorities to cast ballots. It was the first voter ID law to be refused by the Obama administration.
Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez said South Carolina's law didn't meet the burden under the 1965 Voting Rights Act, which outlawed discriminatory practices preventing blacks from voting. Perez said tens of thousands of minorities in South Carolina might not be able to cast ballots under South Carolina's law because they don't have the right photo ID.
South Carolina's new voter ID law requires people casting ballots to show poll workers a state-issued driver's license or ID card; a U.S. military ID or a U.S. passport.
South Carolina is among five states that passed laws this year requiring some form of ID at the polls, while such laws were already on the books in Indiana and Georgia, whose law received approval from President George W. Bush's Justice Department. Indiana's law, passed in 2005, was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2008.
Those new laws also allow voters without the required photo ID to cast provisional ballots, but the voters must return to a specific location with that ID within a certain time limit for their ballots to count.
You cannot board an airplane, open a bank account, receive government benefits, even enter some government building, or buy alcohol without a proper ID.
Funny, the Obama regime and the party of voter fraud does not have a problem with any of those issues. It is only when the party of voter fraud needs to steal elections is this idea that ID is required becomes suddenly onerous.
If the Obama regime thinks it is discriminatory for people to be required to show ID’s to vote, how about we all go to the airport and claim discrimination when the TSA wants to see an ID before boarding an airplane.

Usually the police can spot the fakes, but bank tellers cashing pay checks and people checking voter registrations may not be as proficient. Anyhow, I think requiring an official photo ID is the best defense against voter fraud. A big problem is that most precincts do not have adequate staffing to check fraudulent votes. Obama already moved into the White House before a lot of voter fraud could be detected, and then the Justice Department did nothing about it. There might have been so much of it that many fraudulent votes were just never uncovered or reported.

Who CAN vote?
Anyone who is
1) 18 years of age
2) A citizen of the U.S. and meets the residency requirements of the State
What is a citizen?
Citizenship is mentioned in Article 1, Section 2, Article 1, Section 3, Article 1, Section 8, Article 2, Section 1, and in the 14th Amendment and several subsequent amendments.
All of these give reference to being a citizen. The 14th Amendment is the best definition.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code, Section 1401 defines people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"
- Anyone born inside the United States. There is an exception in the law the person must be "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.
- Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
- Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
- Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
- Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
- Anyone found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
- Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
- A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

So, how do you PROVE citizenship? Due to our government’s refusal to enforce our borders and prevent illegal aliens from entering our country we have the possibility of voter fraud. Other methods of voter fraud, registering in multiple states, ballot stuffing, buying votes, voter intimidation and others exist. Other than precinct monitoring and other oversight methods without proper identification in a nation of about 236 million eligible voters (90.6 million voted in 2010 midterms), fraud can be significant. A method of voter I.D. is obviously needed, especially with the expansion of advanced or early voting in many states.
Under the Constitution the States are the determinant of who and how you can vote, NOT the Federal government.
For any advocates who argue that many people can’t get to the DMV or other places where I.D. can be obtained, perhaps the same effort used to get these people to the voting precincts in partisan provided buses should be encouraged to obtain I.D. in advance of the elections the same way.
Any argument of NOT demanding voter I.D. is a submission to a system that can, has been and will be exploited. As a citizen our vote is our most powerful weapon against a government that continues to expand above its Constitutional limits.
Every Constitutionally abiding citizen should demand that citizens and ONLY citizens be allowed to vote.
If you’re a citizen and you want to vote, by all means do it. But first and foremost, PROVE YOU'RE A CITIZEN!

Permalink Reply by JAMES LEE KNOX on will bet you your life that they all are registered democrat and voted that way. only dems pay people to cheat. and i have talked to people who admit to me they vote multiple times in names they are given from there local democratic offices. and register off of graves the names of people and date of birth. they look for 30, 40,50 year old people. and since they are dead no chance for them to show up to vote. they make up address given to them again by dem. offices. and get paid 50.00 for each fake registration and 100.00 for every real one. and get paid 250.00 for every time they vote as many as 10 times this one women told me literally bragging that nothing would happen to her that the dem. gov. would pardon her if it ever got to trial. and said they have hundreds of students and union brother and sisters ready to vote in nov. and register as many illegals and felons and whatever they could and vote them all this nov. well that number she bragged about in 2008 was more than obama won n.c. by. i asked what happened in 2010 she said she guess they did not work at it very hard but this nov. was going to be more dem. voting than in 2008 because they were doubling there effects on registering and voting and had been promised even more more this year than in 2012. so what do you proud dems think of your party and yourself know. probably even proder than you were before to be a democ RAT.

All the tea parties should ban together immediately instead of talking and plan to take action on the examination of every dem voter registered in the nation. State by state, city by city. It will take a force of those of us who are determined to end this fraud or what would be the use to have an election in Nov. Now that the cat is out of the bag. I will be happy to help. My state of Florida is working on a program that is bringing in results against voter fraud.
