The Founding Fathers would hate you Bill Maher
Who is Bill Maher? Perhaps the better question would be what is Bill Maher?
Allegedly he is a comedian. The word allegedly is used because in the clips I have heard of him, he isn’t funny.
He manages to make the news on a regular basis by saying something that is not funny, but outrageous and really stupid. His most recent ones were that the founding fathers would have hated the Tea Party and the Tucson shootings were caused by lack of socialist health care.
Let’s see. The founding fathers fought against a system that denied basic freedoms such freedom of speech, freedom against unreasonable taxation, and well basic freedom in general. Bill Maher supports a movement that wants to restrict freedom of speech, that wants to control our lives and wants to replace Democracy with a one party system.
No Bill Maher, the founding fathers would have hated you and with good cause. The founding fathers risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor against the tyranny of an oppressive government. Bill Maher’s only risk is that he will not get invited to trendiest leftist cocktail party in Hollywood.
However, Bill Maher is a only a symptom of something worse. The fact is, Hollywood is totally out of touch with America. In America, most people think the Tea Party is a good thing, and believe members of the Tea Party movement are patriots. In Maherland, patriotic Americans are only there to be mocked and to be the punch lines on his unfunny jokes.
Hollywood is controlled by leftists. If you doubt me, consider the big names. Geffen, Katzenberg, Spielberg, Reiner, Lear and Saban are the big names and they all lean far to the left. Is there an equivalent conservative producer out in Hollywood? I can’t think of one. And that is how a talentless hack like Bill Maher ends up with an hour on HBO.
Bill Maher hates patriotic Americans. He hates Americans that love their country. That is funny because real Americans hate Bill Maher.
HBO thinks Bill Maher is a good choice for its network. I think HBO is a bad choice for my cable package. After I read the stories about Bill Maher’s latest outburst, it occurred to me. Why do I have HBO?
I cannot remember the last time I even watched something on HBO. I cannot remember the last time I went to the movies. I am tired of financially supporting narcissists who hate America and have no problem insulting the very people who provide their income.
HBO is going to go the way of the movies this week. After I am done with this blog, I am calling my cable company and dropping HBO. Perhaps if enough of us do this, HBO might get the message and send Maher to the unemployment line. He can then tell his unfunny jokes on the street, until someone, probably very quickly, tells him to shut the hell up.

There was a time I wouldn't disagree because that would be rude. Now, I speak up.
There was a time I was one of the silent majority. Now I am a Tea Party leader.
