The left likes to call it the “birther” issue. The term birther is used as a derisive term by the left, much as truther is. Of course the difference is truthers beliefs are based on a paranoid ideology, where as the birther issue is based on facts.
I prefer to call it the eligibility issue, not the birther issue. Whether you agree or not, the people who are pushing the eligibility issue are on our side. It is certainly counter-productive to deride them like liberals do.
Recently a whole stream of Republicans have come out, at the prompting of the drive by media, to reassure us that Obama is a citizen and oh, yes, he is a Christian too.
Last Sunday, at the prodding of David Gregory on Meet the Press, or as Rush likes to call it, Meet the depressed, Boehner said, the State of Hawaii had said he was born there, that was good enough for him.
Karl Rove, not a friend of the Tea Party, pushed the RINO line that Obama is a citizen and Sarah Palin, at a meeting in Long Island, a few days ago, also denounced the eligibility issue. Palin ended her remarks on the subject by saying, “let’s stick with what really matters.”
This issue does matter.
There are three variations on the eligibility issue. Two are based on undisputed facts. The third is in dispute.
The most commonly reported of the eligibility challenges is the claim that Obama was actually born in Kenya, not Hawaii. I believe, based on the available evidence, that it is more likely than not, Obama was actually born in Hawaii. Obama has spent a lot of time and (other people’s) money, keeping his original birth certificate out of sight.
Why?
Jack Cashill is one of my favorite writers and he has a theory which I think makes sense, that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii, but there is something else on his birth certificate that would destroy the myth of Barack Obama. (See his website, Cashill.com). In the law, there is a presumption that if a party has exclusive access to a piece of evidence and will not release it, the evidence must be adverse to their position.
The second eligibility issue is the claim that because Barack Obama’s father was a Kenyan, a British subject at the time of Obama’s birth, he is not a natural born citizen.
The third is the argument that because Barack Obama was adopted as a child by an Indonesian and moved to Indonesia, he is not an American citizen. Under the law at that time, if an American child was adopted by a citizen of another country and moved to that country, he lost his citizenship. He could regain his citizenship by applying at an American Embassy when he was 18, but would then be treated as a naturalized citizen and thus ineligible to be President.
What is stunning about all of this is the mainstream Republican reaction to the eligibility issues.
The RINOs turn their noses up at the people who want the answers, which, incidentally is 60% of Republican voters. They turn their noses up at the Tea Party movement. Yet, they do not take a moment to consider why this is important.
If Barack Obama is proved to be ineligible to be President, everything he has done is wiped out. Obamacare is gone. The START treaty is gone. The liberal lunatics Obama has appointed to the Federal Judiciary, including the two he has put on the Supreme Court are gone.
Much of the damage Obama has done to this country can be undone. Unfortunately, the Country Club Republicans remain clueless. In their minds, the Democrats are simply the lower class versions of themselves. They do not understand that if the party of treason has its way, America will be forever changed and ultimately destroyed.
The Courts have so far brushed aside all of the eligibility claims. None have been addressed on the merits under the claim that Americans lack standing to challenge the issue. Recently, the Supreme Court has given some indication it may consider one of the issues. We can only hope.
What are the chances of success? Who knows?
Why do football teams run the flea flicker play? It does not work all of the time, but when it does, the results are spectacular. Why should conservatives all hope this works out? Because this wipes out almost everything the Obama regime has done. We get a do over.
You would think, even the RINOs who want to denigrate the eligibility issue could figure this one out.

San Diego Superior Court Judge-Elect Gary G. Kreep
San Diego Superior Court Judge-Elect Gary G. Kreep, in his capacity as executive director of the United States Justice Foundation, has called upon supporters to send faxes to members of the House of Representatives urging that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder be arrested and impeached.
His message came in an e-mail sent Wednesday night.
Holder has been found in contempt of Congress for withholding documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious, an intended sting operation aimed at stemming sales of arms to persons in Mexico. More than 2,000 firearms were sold with the hope of tracking them to Mexican drug cartel leaders.
Guns sold as part of the operation were found at the scene of the slaying of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
Kreep’s e-mail says:
“The House of Representatives just filed a meaningless CIVIL suit against Eric Holder in the Fast and Furious case.
“That’s not good enough. Contempt of Congress is a crime. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is dead. Eric Holder must be held to account.
“Please send faxes, IMMEDIATELY, to every Member of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee. Tell them that the House Sergeant at Arms should arrest Eric Holder, and the House should impeach him.
“This new civil lawsuit will drag on for years. By the time that it is settled, Eric Holder will probably be retired, and living the good life on taxpayer money.”
The e-mail goes on to say:
“Just consider what happened when the House voted to declare Attorney General Holder in contempt.
“Our sleazy Attorney General just laughed off the vote, and, then, he flew down to Disney World to campaign for Barack Obama’s reelection.
“And he probably made this trip on the taxpayer’s dime!
“ Now, Mr. Holder is probably laughing at this silly civil lawsuit. He knows that he is about to get away with one of the greatest political cover-ups in American history.”

A quick on-the-road communication from a longtime D.C. political operative rips the cover off of what is being reported as a surprise visit by President Barack Obama to the daily White House press briefing. This was no surprise visit – it was a carefully planned and staged event with the complicit cooperation of White House approved media figures all intended to gain political points by reigniting the now old and tired “war on women” ploy.
You asked for more real time updates, so thought you might like to know the following. If you haven’t seen it yet, president staged a surprise visit to the WHpc today. WH handlers had made contact with at least three members of media beforehand. They wanted to ensure question on the Akin rape comments was asked. Prepared notes for response by president were rehearsed. The moment was to provide campaign with a “soundbite backdrop” to fire up the war on women tactic they believe provided a bump in the polls couple months back. This kind of thing isn’t new. Pretty common with administrations to have some media folks they can cherry pick during a p.c.
Thing on this though is that WH staff divided on whether or not to run with this one. They are not sure some guy running for Senator is right to try and make a national campaign issue out of it and they fear the Romney team has a prepared response to create backlash. This shows a couple things. One, Romney and Ryan are totally in the Obama team’s head. Got them biting each other up pretty regular now. Second, they are losing confidence in how to run a national campaign big time.
I’m not going to share which side of the argument I think is the right one on this. Don’t want to give an assist to the Obama folks. I’ll just say that the final decision came down to “get him out there” and that is what happened. Obama was pushed out onto the stage with some crib notes and instructions to wait for the abortion question. The question came and the president read from his notes. If you find a video of it, you will notice him looking down at those notes. I had to laugh when Obama tries to manufacture outrage when he gets to that word. You can see the little rodent in his head spinning around the wheel telling him to “act outraged” but the guy just can’t pull it off anymore. What Akin said was clumsy but it sure as hell wasn’t what the media and Obama are trying to spin it off as. That’s the game being played there though, so that is that. They are gonna try and make this a national issue, move some swing state numbers, we’ll see about that.

Oh, and one other thing. BC is negotiating the content with the Obama team for the convention. They are trying to tell Clinton what he can and cannot talk about. BC told them to go f-ck themselves. That they need him not the other way around. Pretty sure Bill is gonna get his way on this one. Not sure what the payback for him is on this but there has got to be one. More than just the national spotlight. No, he’s gonna squeeze Obama for everything he can. A Clinton never forgives. Never.
Did you catch that Newsweek cover? The Old Man must of added another zero on the check for that one.
Almost forgot. There was a big to do over FnF inside the Republican leadership. One of them, I didn’t get a name, but one of them threatened either the Speaker or the Senate minority leader. The threat was to go public now with information instead of waiting it out. Apparently the leadership is telling him they must roll it out careful, that the timing is good for the election, etc. This guy has had it with that sh-t. He is telling them politics shouldn’t have anything to do with it. That it needs to be an all or nothing moment. That tells me some kind of information got out during the investigation. Or somebody told them there is something in those docs that are being covered up when Obama declared Executive Privilege. That’s me guessing but nothing else makes sense. This guy has been pretty quiet following the party line lead on all of this for months and now he’s extremely pissed off. When that kind of in-house defection happens, look for leaks. They often soon follow. Will follow up if I get specifics on who it was screaming at the leadership. Republicans don’t normally carry on like that, so it’s got to be something significant.

I hope the news that is forthcoming is about the government sponsored hit on Judge Roll and Holder's involvement in the handling of Jared Loughner. Go watch the Bourne Legacy. Then learn about Allen Dulles' MK Ultra program. Now look at the shootings again. We need to retake our government and put it back on Constitutional footing. We need to take down the New York Times and restore the free press as a watchdog against tyranny.

As far as I know, Bill Clinton, unlike U.S. Senate candidate Todd Akin, has never misspoken on the subject of rape. In fact, he is somewhat of an authority on the subject.
Clinton knows just what a woman who has been raped should do. As he told Juanita Broaddrick in that Little Rock hotel room some years back, “You better get some ice on that.”
Broaddrick was not alone in being sexually abused by Clinton. Indeed, in the Ken Starr investigation, Broaddrick emerged as “Jane Doe No. 5.”
Broaddrick was likely not unique in being raped by Clinton either. In his book, “Uncovering Clinton: A Reporter’s Story,” Michael Isikoff relates how Clinton, then Arkansas governor, had sex with former Miss America Elizabeth Ward Gracen.
“It was rough sex,” Isikoff writes, “Clinton got so carried away that he bit her lip, Gracen later told friends. But it was consensual.”
Isikoff missed the lip-biting connection. He also failed to acknowledge that at least one of Gracen’s friends, Judy Stokes, had told the Paula Jones legal team that the sex was not consensual at all.
“Do you believe Clinton raped her?” investigator Rick Lambert asked her. “Absolutely,” Stokes replied. “He forced her to have sex. What do you call that?”
I cite the Gracen story because it helps substantiate the story Broaddrick told Lisa Myers on NBC’s “Dateline” in 1999.
Broaddrick: “And he came around me and sort of put his arm over my shoulder to point to this little building and he said he was real interested if he became governor to restore that little building and then all of a sudden, he turned me around and started kissing me. And that was a real shock.”
Myers: “What did you do?”
Broaddrick: “I first pushed him away and just told him ‘No, please don’t do that,’ and I forget, it’s been 21 years, Lisa, and I forget exactly what he was saying. It seems like he was making statements that would relate to ‘Did you not know why I was coming up here?’ and I told him at the time, I said, ‘I’m married, and I have other things going on in my life, and this is something that I’m not interested in.’”
Myers: “Had you, that morning, or any other time, given him any reason to believe you might be receptive?”
Broaddrick: “No. None. None whatsoever.”
Myers: “Then what happens?”
Broaddrick: “Then he tries to kiss me again. And the second time he tries to kiss me he starts biting my lip (she cries). Just a minute … He starts to, um, bite on my top lip and I tried to pull away from him. (crying) And then he forces me down on the bed. And I just was very frightened, and I tried to get away from him and I told him ‘No,’ that I didn’t want this to happen (crying) but he wouldn’t listen to me.”
Myers: “Did you resist, did you tell him to stop?”
Broaddrick: “Yes, I told him ‘Please don’t.’ He was such a different person at that moment, he was just a vicious awful person.”
Myers: “You said there was a point at which you stopped resisting?”
Broaddrick: “Yeah.”
Myers: “Why?”
Broaddrick: “It was a real panicky, panicky situation. I was even to the point where I was getting very noisy, you know, yelling to ‘Please stop.’ And that’s when he pressed down on my right shoulder and he would bite my lip.”
[See a related video, Juanita Broaddrick's interview with Fox's Sean Hannity.]
Hillary Clinton has a rape problem, too. From the beginning of Bill’s career, she has been busy suppressing “bimbo eruptions,” which is a deceptive way of saying she has been silencing women like Broaddrick and Gracen.
The media have been enabling both of them. Allow me to share a nugget from Bill and Hillary’s memorably dishonest “60 Minutes” appearance in late January 1992, the one that would save his candidacy and help launch the perversely labeled “Republican War on Women.”
Steve Kroft:[Gennifer Flowers] is alleging and has described in some detail in the supermarket tabloid what she calls a 12-year affair with you.
Bill Clinton: That allegation is false.
Hillary Clinton: … Bill talked to this woman every time she called, distraught, saying her life was going to be ruined, and he’d get off the phone and tell me that she said sort of wacky things, which we thought were attributable to the fact that she was terrified.
Bill Clinton: It was only when money came out, when the tabloid went down there offering people money to say that they had been involved with me, that she changed her story. There’s a recession on.
A master politician, even in this moment of deepest political peril, candidate Clinton remembered to remind the American people “there is a recession on.” For the record, Clinton would admit the affair with Flowers under oath but lie about the details. Perjury, rape, no big deal!
While Todd Akin is stewing in the woodshed, Bill Clinton is preparing to speak at the Democratic National Convention, and the women most offended by Akin’s dumb remarks will be queuing up to cheer Clinton on. Yes, it is a mental disorder.

PJ Tatler has obtained documents from the Justice Department detailing efforts to recruit attorneys and staff that have “psychiatric disabilities,” “severe intellectual disabilities” or are dwarfs. On May 31, 2012, Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez issued a directive to affirmatively recruit people with these “targeted disabilities.”
This DOJ policy does not merely involve prohibitions against discrimination, but rather the documents reveal deliberate recruitment efforts to hire attorneys and staff for the Department of Justice suffering from psychiatric disorders and intellectual disabilities. Moreover, applicants can “self-identify” their disability by means of the “Standard Form 256, Self Identification Disability.”
Those with “targeted disabilities” may be hired through a “non-competitive” appointment. That means they don’t have to endure the regular civil service competition among applicants, but can be plucked from the stack of resumes and hired immediately instead.
According the documents, those with these “targeted disabilities” may be hired “before the position is advertised” and even “before the position’s closing date.” Moreover, lawyers with psychiatric disabilities and “severe intellectual” disabilities receive a waiver from the requirement that a new DOJ have practiced law for one year before being hired.
You can read the detailed Civil Rights Division “Hiring of Persons With Targeted Disabilities...
You can also read PJ Media’s full report on the attorneys hired for the Justice Department Civil Rights Division from 2009-2010 here in the Every Single One series.
Speaking of preferences, here is another document, the entire “Operational Diversity Management Plan,” obtained by PJ Media which should be fascinating to those interested in racial preferences in government policy.

By Ulsterman
Just received following message from Insider and, as requested, passing it on to all of you:
That Biden visit to Tampa got my wheels spinning. What the hell are they up to? How far is Biden willing to go to remain relevant? To stay on the ticket? So I put some feelers out to the WH. Got lots of people willing to talk and share these days.
Here’s the deal. Nobody has heard anything on that visit beyond it’s being planned. SS had protocols in place only as recently as 72 hours ago. So this thing wasn’t planned more than a week ago. At the most. That means the campaign is being damn tight lipped about it which is out of the ordinary for them. Now that has me really thinking. Something don’t sit right here. Why send the #2 right down to the GOP convention? What is the purpose? Leak the trip, but don’t say anything substantial regarding the reason for the trip. Just a publicity stunt? An attempt at poking the eye of the Romney team?
