The left likes to call it the “birther” issue. The term birther is used as a derisive term by the left, much as truther is. Of course the difference is truthers beliefs are based on a paranoid ideology, where as the birther issue is based on facts.
I prefer to call it the eligibility issue, not the birther issue. Whether you agree or not, the people who are pushing the eligibility issue are on our side. It is certainly counter-productive to deride them like liberals do.
Recently a whole stream of Republicans have come out, at the prompting of the drive by media, to reassure us that Obama is a citizen and oh, yes, he is a Christian too.
Last Sunday, at the prodding of David Gregory on Meet the Press, or as Rush likes to call it, Meet the depressed, Boehner said, the State of Hawaii had said he was born there, that was good enough for him.
Karl Rove, not a friend of the Tea Party, pushed the RINO line that Obama is a citizen and Sarah Palin, at a meeting in Long Island, a few days ago, also denounced the eligibility issue. Palin ended her remarks on the subject by saying, “let’s stick with what really matters.”
This issue does matter.
There are three variations on the eligibility issue. Two are based on undisputed facts. The third is in dispute.
The most commonly reported of the eligibility challenges is the claim that Obama was actually born in Kenya, not Hawaii. I believe, based on the available evidence, that it is more likely than not, Obama was actually born in Hawaii. Obama has spent a lot of time and (other people’s) money, keeping his original birth certificate out of sight.
Why?
Jack Cashill is one of my favorite writers and he has a theory which I think makes sense, that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii, but there is something else on his birth certificate that would destroy the myth of Barack Obama. (See his website, Cashill.com). In the law, there is a presumption that if a party has exclusive access to a piece of evidence and will not release it, the evidence must be adverse to their position.
The second eligibility issue is the claim that because Barack Obama’s father was a Kenyan, a British subject at the time of Obama’s birth, he is not a natural born citizen.
The third is the argument that because Barack Obama was adopted as a child by an Indonesian and moved to Indonesia, he is not an American citizen. Under the law at that time, if an American child was adopted by a citizen of another country and moved to that country, he lost his citizenship. He could regain his citizenship by applying at an American Embassy when he was 18, but would then be treated as a naturalized citizen and thus ineligible to be President.
What is stunning about all of this is the mainstream Republican reaction to the eligibility issues.
The RINOs turn their noses up at the people who want the answers, which, incidentally is 60% of Republican voters. They turn their noses up at the Tea Party movement. Yet, they do not take a moment to consider why this is important.
If Barack Obama is proved to be ineligible to be President, everything he has done is wiped out. Obamacare is gone. The START treaty is gone. The liberal lunatics Obama has appointed to the Federal Judiciary, including the two he has put on the Supreme Court are gone.
Much of the damage Obama has done to this country can be undone. Unfortunately, the Country Club Republicans remain clueless. In their minds, the Democrats are simply the lower class versions of themselves. They do not understand that if the party of treason has its way, America will be forever changed and ultimately destroyed.
The Courts have so far brushed aside all of the eligibility claims. None have been addressed on the merits under the claim that Americans lack standing to challenge the issue. Recently, the Supreme Court has given some indication it may consider one of the issues. We can only hope.
What are the chances of success? Who knows?
Why do football teams run the flea flicker play? It does not work all of the time, but when it does, the results are spectacular. Why should conservatives all hope this works out? Because this wipes out almost everything the Obama regime has done. We get a do over.
You would think, even the RINOs who want to denigrate the eligibility issue could figure this one out.

It is just wishful thinking.
For example, what if you and your wife had been married by a preacher who was later found to have lied about having been graduated from a Seminary and ordained by a church. Would your marriage be automatically annulled and your children all declared bastards?
Probably not. The courts would find that everyone, including you and your wife, had accepted your marriage as fact, and would declare that your marriage is intact.

Your analogy does not match. What if you married your sister? When the truth came out the marriage would be annulled.
There is no statute of limitations connected to fraud upon the court, which is the situation the United States finds itself in now. Obama has never been eligible to be President of the United States, so all the accomplices are guilty of misprision of felony, including Pelosi, Onaka and various officials in the Hawaii DOH, Governor Abecrombie, the people who forged 3 different birth documents, the members of the Supreme Court,countless lower courts, Joe Biden, John Brennan, and Does 1 through 1000.
Your phrase of 'wishful thinking' was first introduced into this discussion by Jim Johnson's team of disinformation specialists. Honorable mention must go to the criminal Eric Holder for all his influence in keeping the courts in line.
If a law is signed by an illegal President it is null and void, as are his executive order and appointments. This is self evident.

They Found Her. The Mysterious Registrar "U.K.E. Lee" Who Allegedly Signed Obama's Birth Certificate. And Guess What She Had To Say?
Make no mistake, Obama's birth certificate is about as phony as a three dollar bill. Zullo went on to say: "The only legal authority which could have made the document [the Hawaii Department of Health], did not make it.”
According to a report filed by WND.com, after the press conference that was called on July 17 to present the new and shocking evidence: "Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent."
And just what was the incontrovertible proof?
It was actually staring us in the face the whole time.
When Barack Obama released his "digitally-altered" birth certificate back in April of 2011, people asked why did numbers, which appear to have been written in pencil (see the screen shot below), appear throughout the document, and what did these numbers signify?
Even Zullo admitted: "Nobody really knew what they were."
But now, we finally have answers.
The Cold Case Posse located and interviewed a number of individuals who had specific and firsthand knowledge of procedures in the Hawaii Department of Health; including Verna Lee, a.k.a., the mysterious U.K.E. Lee, now 95 years old, the Registrar whose signature is reproduced on the so-called birth certificate that Obama released to the public over a year ago.
And all parties independently verified that the number "9" that appears in pencil in field 9, (see the screen shot), indicates that the information that should go in that field was UNKNOWN (keep reading and we'll explain why in just a bit).
Put another way, if the image above were a copy of an original birth certificate, that field would be BLANK and, quite obviously, IT IS NOT.
The fact that ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER now appears in field "9" (if anything would have gone in that field, it would have been the word "unknown") in the birth certificate indicates that the information was added later on and the document Obama presented to the public IS NOT A COPY of an original birth certificate.
This newest revelation, of course, is totally consistent with the Cold Case Posse's original finding, after subjecting the birth certificate to forensic examination, in March that the document Obama actually produced was not only "digitally doctored," but was also compiled using "two or three" different source documents.
Game over. As Zullo so plainly put it: “This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it.”
And Obama's Father Was "Unknown?"
Did you notice that the information which presently appears in field number "9" (information that should not be there in the first place) in the alleged birth certificate, under the designation "Race of Father." reads "African?"
That's a huge problem for Mr. Obama because the designation "African" was not in use at the Hawaiian Health Department until 1989, a full 28 years after Barack Obama was born.
The designations and the corresponding number codes used in 1961, when Barack Obama was born, appear in the screenshot below.
Obviously, someone... who did not work at the Hawaiian Health Department... and moreover, lacked a credible command of recent American history, placed the word "African" into the document WELL AFTER THE FACT.
Zullo again: “The Department of Health didn’t create it. They didn’t create the file, somebody else did.”
So What Do Those Numbers Mean And Why Are They Present?
Now, some will ask if other birth certificates from 1961 show pencil marks. Another question that should be asked is if it is possible that the number "9" in field 9 of Obama's alleged birth certificate could be a clerical error.
We'll answer that question in a few paragraphs, but first, let's address the question, of whether or not those numbers in pencil are supposed to be there and what they mean.
All we need do is to look at the birth certificate of Susan Elizabeth Nordyke, one of the Nordyke twins, who was born the day AFTER Obama at Kapiolani Hospital.
Notice the same pencil marks. Notice the fact that the number codes are correctly rendered as "1" means "White" (or Caucasian as it is rendered on the certificate).
Also notice that the copy of the Nordyke birth certificate comes from a microfiche copy and not the fancy green laser printer paper that appears to have been used on the alleged birth certificate that Obama presented to the public.
As to why clerks were so busy scribbling numbers on birth certificates in pencil... ?
Zullo and the Cold Case Posse found out from Lee and others: “We discovered that the procedure for the department of health was to take a birth certificate, check it for accuracy and then code it with numerical values in some of the fields, such as ‘fathers race’ or ‘type of business or employment. They would take these numerical values that have designators to identify that information, then the federal government would take that information and put those numerical values on magnetic tape for their own census information.”
Moreover, Verna Lee and others, with credible knowledge of Hawaii Health Department procedures, told Zullo that it is incredibly unlikely that the number "9" that appears in the birth certificate Obama supplied to the public is a coding error from a Department of Health employee because all of the marked certificates were checked and then cross-checked by an entirely different set of eyes to ensure accuracy.
According to Zullo, when he asked Lee if an error was possible, Lee shot back at him; "Not on my watch." Particularly since the number "9" was known by all those who handled the records to typically signify a birth to a single mother. It would be unthinkable that two people would repeat a mistake of that magnitude.
So, now that conclusive proof of forgery has been submitted, the only question that remains is what will our elected officials in Washington do, now that they are armed with the knowledge that the man occupying the Oval Office, in an attempt to prove that he is eligible to hold that office, supplied the American people with a fraudulent document?
Two things are certain. If you press them to do the right thing, it is entirely possible, in spite of the now overwhelming hard evidence, that they might continue to sit on their hands and do nothing, while Barack Hussein Obama throws our great country down the chute, like yesterday's garbage.
But IF WE DON'T PRESS THEM AT ALL, and we don't press them NOW, then they WILL MOST CERTAINLY DO NOTHING... and that is TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
And If Undeniable Proof Isn't Good Enough, There's Still More. Lee Helped Solve Another Mystery That, Until Now, Had Gone Unanswered.
Verna Lee had more to say about another pesky issue that could not be explained for the longest time.
Look below at the birth numbers, taken from the birth certificate for Barack Obama (top) and the birth certificate from Susan Nordyke (bottom).
You will notice that Susan Nordyke's number is lower than Obama's, even though she was born the day AFTER Obama; and no one, not even the Cold Case Posse, could do more than offer theories as to how it would have been possible for Nordyke to be assigned a lower birth number than Obama
Verna Lee had no problem answering the question. According to what Lee told Zullo, Obama's number is out of sequence because he WAS NOT BORN AT Kapiolani Hospital and his birth was likely reported at a vital records satellite office.
Again, Lee's information simply confirms a theory that we advanced long ago and WND.com, in its reporting of the July 17 Cold Case Posse press conference, restated the premise that "an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen" was "able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate."
As a matter of fact, while it was already know that section 338.17 of the Code of the State of Hawaii permitted the issuance of Hawaiian birth certificates under the criteria mentioned above, Arpaio related that he was shocked when he found out that the practice was actually quite commonplace.
As WND.com reported; "his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state" (emphasis on the word EASY) and Arpaio went so far as to call the very existence of such a policy "an imminent threat to national security."
But Let's Get Back To Verna Lee
Lee is clearly indicating that someone (either Barack Obama's mother, or his grandparents, or all of them) could have marched down to the nearest vital records office and filed Obama's birth as a Hawaiian birth.
Under Hawaiian law, they didn't need proof. The infant did not even need to be present. Give your word and it's done.
It would have been easy; and if we were to assume that Barack Obama was indeed born overseas and the relationship between Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham, as reported from far too many sources over the years, was on shaky ground, establishing "citizenship" for the infant Obama would have been the Dunham's first priority.
And yes, if Obama's birth certificate was obtained as a result of a visit to a vital records satellite office, then Obama's birth announcement would appear in the local papers.
Quick, someone alert FOX News' Bill O'Reilly that he could be wrong for the first time in his life.
Of course the above scenario assumes that the birth certificate number is indeed Mr. Obama's birth certificate number and not a copy-and-paste job from someone else's number altogether; which is still also within the realm of possibility.
Here's the bottom line.
Questions are still unanswered and our Republican leaders are going to have to show some backbone. Seriously, if some of them can lock hands with Team Obama and press Mitt Romney to release financial records with each passing day, then they should have the moral predisposition and the gumption to demand that Barack Obama start releasing some documents too (or does that sound too much like right?).
There's no excuse for their weak and cowardly behavior. If Mitt Romney supplied the American people with anything resembling a "made-up" tax return, Team Obama would be all over him. Obama's people, after all, had no problem falsely accusing Romney of criminal behavior even though the accusation was so outlandish that it made them look foolish.
It's frustrating, but for the sake of argument, let's just set aside, for an ever so brief moment, the definition of what actually constitutes "natural-born" citizenship and whether or not Obama would meet that standard (since his father was a foreigner), THIS MAN ARROGANTLY REFUSES TO VERIFY THAT HE'S EVEN A PLAIN OL' CITIZEN under any category or definition of the word.

So what's the problem with our Republican leaders?
They need to start demanding some documents from Mr. Transparency and they can start by demanding the document that Obama is still so determined to hide... a document that and would prove, whether or not the man who usurped the Oval Office is nothing more than a two-bit con-man and forger.

It's been shown, with what looked to me to be some very authentic documents, that what Mr. Zullo thought was a 1961 race-numbering code really came from 1968. Permalink Reply by Diogenes on Frank, long ago I concluded that Obama was not eligible for the presidency when he admitted his father was not born in this country, plus that he spent millions to ensure all his personal records were sealed. To me the birth certificate was secondary, but it was moved to the center stage. I too am not an attorney but I know by personal experience that the further away you get from the principal issue - by adding additional detail, the detail itself becomes a dark hole But Sheriff Joe and Zullo"s findings only confirmed what was earlier concluded that the BC was bogus. This Dr. Conspiracy, an obvious fabrication like the BC, did not prove, again did not prove deliberate intent to deceive on the part of the Sheriff or Zullo; nor did he offer proof that the the BC was legitimate; his objective is to confuse and smear. Any guy that wears the moniker of conspiracy is himself hateful of truth. We have to get back to the main fact that Obama does not meet the requirement established for the office of president.

Thank you for playing devil's advocate. This point of contention is a difference without a distinction. According to the Obama official debunker's list the code on his documentation means other non-white. The actual wording is African which is in no way even a race. In any event other non-white would only make sense if Obama's father was Indonesian, which is one of a myriad of possibilities.
What did you think about the Immigration and Naturalization flight record group A 3573 for international flights coming into Hawaii for August 2 - August 7, 1961 being the only records missing in this database.
Frank the preponderance of evidence is all pointing the same way. Look at a real 1961 birth record. Notice it is not even green.
The proof is a stat, which was the practice at that time. A stat is a negative. Here is what the origin looked like, the color positive.
