The Eligibility Issue
The left likes to call it the “birther” issue. The term birther is used as a derisive term by the left, much as truther is. Of course the difference is truthers beliefs are based on a paranoid ideology, where as the birther issue is based on facts.
I prefer to call it the eligibility issue, not the birther issue. Whether you agree or not, the people who are pushing the eligibility issue are on our side. It is certainly counter-productive to deride them like liberals do.
Recently a whole stream of Republicans have come out, at the prompting of the drive by media, to reassure us that Obama is a citizen and oh, yes, he is a Christian too.
Last Sunday, at the prodding of David Gregory on Meet the Press, or as Rush likes to call it, Meet the depressed, Boehner said, the State of Hawaii had said he was born there, that was good enough for him.
Karl Rove, not a friend of the Tea Party, pushed the RINO line that Obama is a citizen and Sarah Palin, at a meeting in Long Island, a few days ago, also denounced the eligibility issue. Palin ended her remarks on the subject by saying, “let’s stick with what really matters.”
This issue does matter.
There are three variations on the eligibility issue. Two are based on undisputed facts. The third is in dispute.
The most commonly reported of the eligibility challenges is the claim that Obama was actually born in Kenya, not Hawaii. I believe, based on the available evidence, that it is more likely than not, Obama was actually born in Hawaii. Obama has spent a lot of time and (other people’s) money, keeping his original birth certificate out of sight.
Why?
Jack Cashill is one of my favorite writers and he has a theory which I think makes sense, that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii, but there is something else on his birth certificate that would destroy the myth of Barack Obama. (See his website, Cashill.com). In the law, there is a presumption that if a party has exclusive access to a piece of evidence and will not release it, the evidence must be adverse to their position.
The second eligibility issue is the claim that because Barack Obama’s father was a Kenyan, a British subject at the time of Obama’s birth, he is not a natural born citizen.
The third is the argument that because Barack Obama was adopted as a child by an Indonesian and moved to Indonesia, he is not an American citizen. Under the law at that time, if an American child was adopted by a citizen of another country and moved to that country, he lost his citizenship. He could regain his citizenship by applying at an American Embassy when he was 18, but would then be treated as a naturalized citizen and thus ineligible to be President.
What is stunning about all of this is the mainstream Republican reaction to the eligibility issues.
The RINOs turn their noses up at the people who want the answers, which, incidentally is 60% of Republican voters. They turn their noses up at the Tea Party movement. Yet, they do not take a moment to consider why this is important.
If Barack Obama is proved to be ineligible to be President, everything he has done is wiped out. Obamacare is gone. The START treaty is gone. The liberal lunatics Obama has appointed to the Federal Judiciary, including the two he has put on the Supreme Court are gone.
Much of the damage Obama has done to this country can be undone. Unfortunately, the Country Club Republicans remain clueless. In their minds, the Democrats are simply the lower class versions of themselves. They do not understand that if the party of treason has its way, America will be forever changed and ultimately destroyed.
The Courts have so far brushed aside all of the eligibility claims. None have been addressed on the merits under the claim that Americans lack standing to challenge the issue. Recently, the Supreme Court has given some indication it may consider one of the issues. We can only hope.
What are the chances of success? Who knows?
Why do football teams run the flea flicker play? It does not work all of the time, but when it does, the results are spectacular. Why should conservatives all hope this works out? Because this wipes out almost everything the Obama regime has done. We get a do over.
You would think, even the RINOs who want to denigrate the eligibility issue could figure this one out.

When I hear Kate Smith singing God Bless America, I always think of the Phila. Flyers hockey team. I loved the Broad Street Bullies. I'm a huge sports fan.
Getting back to Kate Smith. She was the Flyers good luck charm and they even flew her in to sing it in person during the finals in 1975. I watched it live and loved it. The Flyers won, needless to say. No one knew the Flyers brass flew her to Philly. We were all pleasantly surprised. The fans went crazy. Wait til you hear the standing ovation she received from the fans it lasts a very long time. All true Flyers fans get the chills when they hear this song because it ties love of country to our love of the Flyers. The year is actually 1975 not 1974 as stated on the youtube title. It was the 1974/1975 Flyers Championship finals:

Kate was single and when she died nobody claimed her body for a year. Her niece received the inheritance. When her family didn't claim her body, the Flyers stepped in and gave her a first class burial.
They played God Bless America at the Flyers playoff this year too with Kate singing on the big screen and the crowd went crazy. All Flyers fans young and old have a soft spot in their hearts for old Kate.
The following video is how it is sung at Flyers playoff games now with Lauren Hart doing a duet with Kate. Lauren's father was the beloved voice of the Flyers sportscast for years until he died. Everyone one loves Lauren and her late father Gene, too. The fans still go crazy:

What an interesting story, Janet. Whenever I hear Kate Smith singing, "God Bless America," I cannot hold back the tears. It stirs my blood, and I feel both happy and sad at the same time -- happy with pride in our nation and sad for the sacrifice of those who have suffered and died to protect us - especially right now with Obama, the politicians and all those who are determined to destroy our freedom.
I cannot understand why no one in Kate's family claimed the body, the niece who inherited the estate in particular. Something is very strange there.

Had to go to the local supermarket today, and on the way back had the radio on and Bob Grant was telling of that earlier 1990s publication citing Obozzo was born in Kenya. He could not understand how one could be president born elsewhere. Bob unfortunately is not a home-run hitter and his delivery was short-lived.
Janet and Elizabeth, Kate Smith was a family favorite, and as a youngster I liked her patriotism. The Left hated her and attributing scandal to her personal life. She endured much hardship in the later years. I too was surprised today to hear of her being left untended after she passed. I just got to say that while Kate lived she did great things for this country.

Guys, this is just a HEADS UP.... We are covering and fighting this issue (ELIGIBILITY) in great detail RIGHT NOW, here in Texas. You see, here in the Lone Star State, we have "eligibility" requirements that a candidate must be qualified for the job BEFORE his/her name gets placed on our ballot. Trouble is, these laws are (at present) not being strictly enforced by our SoS, and a large group of us are fighting this AS WE SPEAK. If you want to follow this, just get on the mailing list of the Lone Star Tea Party. And also, check out my series of blog posts on this site, entitled "TEXAS, WE HAVE A PROBLEM."
ALSO, what needs to be made MUCH more well known is this: Obama's birth certificates (both of them) are nothing but PAID POLITICAL ADVERTIZEMENTS!!!!! This is ALL explained HERE (for the COLB "release" in 2008), and HERE (for the long form "release" in 2011). I suggest a few people start looking in to this, and REALIZING that we've ALL been duped! It doesn't even matter that the COLB and the "long form" variety are both forgeries... They are just images on a freaking website, as part of a paid political ad campaign! Think I'm wrong? PROVE ME WRONG. Go ahead. I'll wait. But be sure to check the US CODE on campaign finance expenditures, before you say I'm crazy...

What's the story with your SOS? Sounds like AZ Bennett. No backbone.
I know one of the forensic experts who examined Obama's website BC, so you don't have to prove anything to us, we agree with you.

Thank you, Janet!! We really need help getting the word out (especially here in Texas) about what we're fighting here. I'm actually going to be testifying before the Interim Elections Committee (sometime in July) about what we've discovered by using the Public Information laws.
