The birther manifesto
We have all heard about the so-called “birther” movement. The left likes to deride the birther movement, trying to portray the “birthers” as a small group of crazy people who have the insane belief that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
Is the birther movement really that crazy and should conservatives be listening to them?
The birther movement is not crazy like the drive-by media likes to portray. Of course, no one should ever base their opinion of any conservative based on how they are portrayed by the drive-by media.
The birther movement in plain, non-lawyer English, is a movement that challenges the eligibility of Barack Obama to be President of the United States.
The media likes to claim birthers believe Barack Obama was born in Kenya. Few eligibility activists, the term I prefer, believe that.
Most say they simply don’t know the answer to the question, where was Barack Obama born. There is some circumstantial evidence that he was born in Hawaii as the Democrats claim. There is also some circumstantial evidence that Obama may have been born someplace else. Due to his mother’s age at the time, under American law, if Obama were born overseas he would not qualify as a natural born citizen.
There are a lot of questions about Obama’s birth. Why doesn’t Obama simply release his birth certificate? Why did the Obama Regime feel it necessary to release an obviously forged photoshopped version of the birth certificate? The forgery was so bad that Photoshop experts and questioned document examiners quickly picked it apart. Why did Obama’s literary agent, beginning in 1991 and for years afterwards, state in promotional materials that Barack Obama was born in Kenya?
Obama’s penchant for secrecy extends throughout his life, including his college records. Many people have asked how someone who was a self admitted poor student get into first Occidental College, then Columbia University and finally Harvard Law School?
Many people, including Obama’s Columbia classmate Wayne Allyn Root, have speculated that Obama went to school as a foreign exchange student.
How could he have done this?
When his Indonesian stepfather adopted Barack Obama, he became an Indonesian citizen. Obama’s childhood school record from Indonesia, lists him as an Indonesian citizen.
Upon their divorce, Barack Obama’s mother could have applied to have his American citizenship restored.
While there is an argument that if a child is adopted by a foreign national and then gets their American citizenship back, they are no longer considered a natural born citizen; the greater story here could be that his mother never applied to have his citizenship restored.
If that is the case, the issue of whether Barack Obama is a natural born citizen becomes moot because he is not even a citizen.
This is where those school records become so crucial.
If Barack Obama went to school as a foreign exchange student, he would have had to offer proof that he was a citizen of another nation. Is this why Barack Obama steadfastly refuses to release his school records?
The left goes nuts over the eligibility movement. The drive-by media has basically ignored it. Even some in the conservative movement treat those who are interested in the eligibility question as if they were a used piece of toilet paper.
Why is eligibility so important?
Because if we prove that Barack Obama was not eligible to be President, all of his acts would be void. It would be as if they never happened.
Imagine a giant reset button that could take us back to 2009. This is what it would mean. All of Obama’s appointees would not be appointed because Obama would not have been eligible to be President; therefore those appointments would have been void. All of the actions by those appointees would be void.
Two Supreme Court justices would be gone. Hundreds of federal judges would be gone.
Blasé Pascal, the famous 17th Century mathematical genesis was once asked about the existence of God. He said while the probability of the God existing was small, the rewards for believing in God, namely everlasting life were so huge that it made sense to believe in God.
Who knows what the odds are of proving that Barack Obama was ineligible to be President. One thing is certain. The rewards for proving him ineligible are huge and could be what it takes to save the nation.
We should all be birthers.

The evidence is overwhelming for those of us who have chosen not to bury our heads in the political sand. A team of Government experts in Arizona has already proven the data against Obama to be true. The Libs are living an absolute fantasy life and just will not hear the facts. I guess it comes down to numbers, are there more Godless, Immoral, Un-Anti-American people than those of us who are polar opposites? Obama is pulling out all the stops to makes sure they out number us, amnesty & rights for illegal aliens, prisoners, gays & druggies. He is painting such a nasty world view of our country that we are the loose cannon, laughing stocks of the planet and we have nukes. Do not be surprised if the world retaliates to protect its self from all of the fruits and nuts in America. You can thank the Democrats and half the Liberal Republicans for our new reputation.

I may be wrong, but, as usual, I have an opinion:
IMHO, we should let this entire question ride until after the coming election. If the Big Zero
should win in November (God forbid), then every American should immediately get on the
same page and DEMAND that a full, independent, and complete investigation be done in
order to prove whether or not the Marxist-in-Chief is indeed a natural born citizen of the U.S.
If such an investigation should prove that he is not, then he should be removed from office,
even if his removal requires action on the part of the Military.
On the other hand (and by the grace of God), if Romney/Ryan should win, one of Romney's
first acts should be to order that a full and complete investigation be done forthwith, and, if
it is found that Zerobama was never eligible to be POTUS, then he should be arrested and
tried for as many crimes as can be brought against him.
Then, every bill from Congress that he signed into law, every appointment he made, and every
Executive Order he issued while in the White House should be immediately declared null and
void. Under said circumstances, we would indeed go back to 20 January 2008, and maybe,
just maybe ___ the American People will have learned a lesson, and it will hopefully be many,
many years before the giant goes back to sleep again.

Donald, thank you for your service as a Marine. I am a cold war Army veteran, and I agree totally with what you have written. Maybe we need to stir up the huge number of veterans after the election to get something going. We all signed an oath to protect the Constitution. Even though I am no longer in active service, the oath still stands! I am not eligable to join either the VFW or the American Legion by ruling of Congress, but there is nothing to stop me from paying a visit to both to help get things going.

Since you were in the Army, I suppose you were taught to handle, fire, and clean a rifle? I do
not ask that in a condescending way. My first-born grandson is in the First Cavalry Division,
United States Army ___ and I'm as proud of him as I would be if he were a Marine. And ___
he can handle, fire, and clean a rifle (though I believe his T.O. weapon is a carbine ___ of sorts).
Of course, I could brag just a wee might and say that my grandson knew how to handle (safely).
fire (accurately), and clean (thoroughly) a weapon (handgun or shoulder fired) BEFORE he went
in the Army, but ___ we won't go there.
What am I saying? Keep your powder dry, Dogface; we're on the same team. If the Marxists
are able to steal this coming election ___ we've a job to do. It's all about the oath that both of
us swore to when we signed on the dotted line.
And, oh, by the bye ___ did I call you a Dogface? I call my grandson the same thing. (It's a
Marine thing.) Yeah ___ I call him a Dogface, and he calls me a Jarhead! And I tell him that

Romney appears to be an empty suit - he is the mother of Obamacare - against the second amendment - failed miserably as gov of Mass - I do not think he or the repub party will ever charge Obama with the fraud he has perpetrated. Don't know why the RNC refuses to talk about eligibility. Mick V is on very solid ground with his facts - they are easy to verify if you follow his lead. SO here we have elected Republicans who are supposed to be different from the Democrats but they wont touch this subject. Do you think that they are really that much different? I think that there is little difference at all. We think we are voting for a change but it will more of the same just in smaller amounts.

We all know he is not eligible. But what good does it do if the courts will not hear the case and the politicians refuse to do their duty? Can we sit by and let this happen? If we do, what are the consequences down the road? What is the best course of action if we can not sit by?

I was the ONLY ONE to file a contest of eligibility against Obama after the Primary. That tells you everything. The judiciary is allowed to lie because the people and the media are silent. SPEAK UP.

One thing that your above article doesn't mention is the problems with his SS#. It is supposidly reserved for someone in the Maryland area and for someone born in the early 1970's. Thus we have
questionable birth records
questionalble school recorsds
questionable social security #
It sounds to me us birthers do have valid reason to have these questions answered.
