Bank of America is one of the most worthless banking institutions around. They support Obama, Democrats and liberals and have now taking their business to a new low.
The McMillan Group, which is one of the leading firearms manufacturing companies in America and is invaluable as a vendor to among others, the United States Marine Corps, was visited by its Bank of America representative. The end result of that meeting was stunning.
Here is the statement that McMillan posted on Facebook.
McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years.
Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an “account analysis” meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and have become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories.
At this point I interrupted him and asked “Can I possible save you some time so that you don’t waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer what my business.”
“That is correct” he says. I replied “That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won’t mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone one I know that BofA is not firearms industry friendly?”
“You have to do what you must” he said.
“So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right?”
Mr Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing let for him to say. I think it is import for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don’t agree with a business’ political position I can not in good conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products.
McMillan provides some of the tools that our military uses to defend us. McMillan provides weapons that Americans are entitled to possess by virtue of a document the idiots at Bank of America do not recognize, the United States Constitution.
I quit doing business with the Bank of un-America a few years ago. They bent over backwards to help illegal aliens get bank accounts, mortgages and other banking services.
I well remember the day I was in line to make a deposit and the Bank of America employee came out and spoke to every person in the line who appeared to speak Spanish as their primary language, in Spanish. The rest of us were ignored.
Bank of un-America is one of Barack Obama’s favorite banks. It is allowing him to possibly violate laws against foreign contributions.
It is time for real Americans to stand up and vote with our feet. If you have a bank of America account, move it to another bank. I hope McMillan will announce which bank it is switching to soon and I encourage everyone to support and place their money in banks that support freedom, liberty and the Second Amendment.
Permalink Reply by Jim Marchant on April 20, 2012 at 7:34pm I will be switching as soon as I find a bank that shares my views and wants my business.
I only run about a mil through BOA per year, so I am small potatoes to them. But if enough of us small guy guys band together, they will notice. Screw them!
Can somebody suggest some banks that are conservative and that don't support the Marxist/Democrats?
Thanks.

Permalink Reply by Jim Marchant on April 20, 2012 at 8:56pm I am in Las Vegas, NV. I don't think they have a BB&T here. Wish they did. I'll be looking on Monday for another bank.

Go to the Southwest corner of Rainbow and Sahara.
There are three banks there. US Bank, CITI bank and Wells Fargo Sucks Bank.
We have been doing business with both of the good ones and have been pleased with everything thus far.

Permalink Reply by Dennis Donner on April 20, 2012 at 7:44pm I STOPPED DOING BUSINESS WITH BOA YEARS AGO
SOME OF THE THINGS THE DO ARE EXTREMELY EGREGIOUS
NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TROUBLE BUT SAME FOR MY FRIENDS
BOA MAKES UP RULES AS IT GOES ALONG
WILLY NILLY
THEY GRABBED MY MONEY AND JUST HELD IT
IT WAS A DEPOSIT, A GIFT FROM MY MOTHER ... SUPPOSED TO BE HELD 4 DAYS
THEY COLLECTED THE MONEY PROMPTLY ... THE CHECK WAS GOOD
BUT IT TOOK MONTHS AND THREATS TO GET THE MONEY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT
IT BEGAN TO LOOK LIKE I WOULD HAVE TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY
AFTER I WAS NO LONGER A ACCOUNT HOLDER AT BOA
I HAD A SECOND DEAL WHERE I SOLD AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE TO A MAN IN ALASKA
I LIVE IN AZ
THE BUYERS FRIEND CAME TO ME IN AZ WITH 18000 CASHIERS CK ON BOA IN AK
BUYERS FRIEND LOOKED AT ENGINE, BUYER WANTED ENGNE
WE WENT TO BOA WITH THE 18000 BOA CASHIERS CHECK
BOA WANTED HOLD CHECK ... THEIR OWN CHECK ON THEIR ALASKA BANK ... UNTIL IT CLEARED
I SAID NO
CASH THE CHECK ... $100 BILLS
I WOULDN'T RELEASE THE ENGINE UNLESS THEY CASHED THE CHECK
I LET BANK AND BUYER BURN UP THE PHONE LINES
BUYER AND HIS FRIEND WERE REALLY HOT
HIS FRIEND SEEMED TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT BANKING/ LAW
FINALLY I GOT PAID
MY ADVICE TO ANY BOA CUSTOMER IS
FIND AN HONEST BANK
UNDER THE MATTRESS IS BETTER THAN BOA
Permalink Reply by Jennifer Bishop on April 20, 2012 at 7:44pm Well we were going to go have my fiance added to my bank account tomorrow, but it just wouldn't seem right to do that since our plan is to go to the shooting range right after that. Thanks for the heads up; instead of adding him I will be closing out my BoA account. If anyone knows of any conservative valued bank branch I could transfer my money to tomorrow or Monday that would be awsome!
Permalink Reply by Robert Kelly on April 20, 2012 at 7:46pm I cancelled my Bank of America credit card last month because of their socialist views. I guess you could call the cancellation "a politically motivated decision".
Permalink Reply by Lizzie on April 20, 2012 at 7:58pm BofA started in CA... it has had crappy rates and abysmal customer service. This company is better off without them.
Permalink Reply by Walter T Jennings Sr on April 21, 2012 at 2:41pm "BofA started in CA" I see now why they are screwed up. CA is full of wackos. Not all though. I winter in San Diego not only for the climate but I love to be near my enemies and have an unlimited supply of burrs to continually put under their saddles....
Permalink Reply by Walter T Jennings Sr on April 21, 2012 at 2:54pm I deal strictly with Credit Unions. Very competitive rates etc. "CO-OP" is a term the credit unions use for the travelers. Any credit unions that co-op do recognize each other to some degree. Full co-op means you can walk into the other credit union and it is like your own. No extra fees. Some have become big enough to allow about anybody to join. For instance, mine here in CA is Pacific Marine CU. They service all or most of the Marine bases in the South West and allow anybody affiliated with bases to join. San Diego County CU the same. I can view my account and do what ever needs to be done on line 24/7. Totally satisfied
Permalink Reply by Robert Brenner on April 20, 2012 at 8:03pm I don't understand this posting. I've been happy with BoA for over 40 years and have NEVER seen any of the behavior you described. In fact most of the people working for this banking institution out here are former military or spouses of active military people. And we ALL support the Constitution and the right to bear arms.
