The attack on Herman Cain has escalated. It is now a full out political assassination. While Herman Cain’s candidacy should rise or fall on its own merits, the left does not want that to happen.
What is new?
Gloria Allred, lawyer and professional attention whore, has brought forth one Sharon Bialek to claim that Herman Cain made a pass at her fifteen years ago.
Of course the left wing is going nuts over this, seeing the possibility of destroying another conservative.
Allred wasted no time in going after Cain and trying to build up the credibility of this woman. She is a “Republican” and she saw Cain a few months ago at a “Tea Party” event.
And of course, she threw out the obligatory, if he did this to her, how many others are there?
This story gets even more suspicious as Cain reached out to members of the Chicago Tea Party, since she alleges the a meeting between them occurred at a Chicago Tea party event and shockingly, no one remembers her.

When Sharon Bialek said that he was with Herman Cain at the Chicago TEA Party event with Herman Cain I reached out to one of the key voices and leaders of the Chicago TEA Party C. Steven Tucker and he says “I did not recognize her Chuck and I was there all weekend.”
I have been reaching out to my other friends in the Chicago TEA Party and so far no one recognizes her. Gloria Allred portrayed Bialek as a TEA Party Republican. Having seen her picture Bialek is not someone who goes unnoticed easily.
Tucker comments further:
I have spoken at Tea Party events ALL OVER Chicagoland including TeaCon Midwest 2011 where Gloria Allred says her client “confronted” Herman Cain. I have never seen nor have I ever even heard of a Sharon Bialek.
The media wants to portray this woman as a Tea Party Republican. Can we have some proof of this? And if she is a Tea Party Republican, why is she reaching out to liberal lunatic Gloria Allred?
These allegations are just that. They are allegations without corroboration. Could there be? Allegedly Cain and Bialek were alone in the car in 1997, but what about the confrontation at the Chicago Tea Party event? With all of the cameras that were there and you know they were following Cain around, surely there would be at least one photo of this confrontation.
It is impossible for Herman Cain to prove this did not happen. You cannot prove a negative. It is a he said, she said confrontation. Those are the easiest accusations to make and the hardest to prove.
Some corroboration of her claim would be nice. While there can be none for the 1997, there could be for the Chicago event. The fact that there is not one single photo of her at the event speaks volumes and calls her credibility into serious question.

She must have stated at least 20 times,,, my boyfriend made me call him, (2 hrs to meet him), my boyfriend put me in that hotel, my boyfriend told me to ask him for a job,,,, my boyfriend told me to meet at a bar at 6:30 at night, go out to a dinner, drive alone with him, wear a skirt with no hose.... etc. oops, maybe he didn't say those last things.
Goodness, this sexual harrassment has gotten so out of hand that the real people who are being harrased are gonna have a hard time.
Lets see, 13 yrs ago when I was in the military a guy told me I was pretty and he wanted to have sex.. should have ruined his career back then or better yet I could put it in the local hometown paper and ruin his life now!!!

In fact this story is screwing it up any women that might have a real claim against any man now or in the future...

Because when that one woman's attorney kept saying, "NRA RELEASE THE DOCUMENTS" for days...When they agreed all of a sudden he says, "No, she doesn't want to relieve it." Well DUH. Because what Mr. Cain said was true!
So, Cain remains up in the polls & gets HUGE donations...they cannot TAKE it! WHAT?? Politico & the liberals are freaking! WHAT!?!?! They don't believe the 200 stories we posted?! OK we will have someone come out and "say it"..Yeah It doesnt HAVE to be true, but heck at least we have a face accusing.
On Rush today there were 2 attorneys. Rush and both attorneys on the show mentioned that:
-Why didn't this come up when he ran for Senate in 2004? (because he wasn't winning).
-Why didn't she file a police report, notify his bosses?
-Why did she wait 14 years to say anything about this?
-Why when she made the statement today did Allred say the "2 men that signed the affidavits will remain anonymous?" (once again an anonymous claim - no way to back up anything)
-Why doesn't -anyone- recognizer her at ANY of the teaparty rallies? Why wasn't she in a single picture?
-Why would a Tea Party Conservative hire Gloria Allred???
The female attorney on Rush's program today said what this woman did is such a farce, it will set women that have legitimate claims back 20 years.
Permalink Reply by James Walker on It is impossible to know for sure, but on the surface this seems like another "swiftboat". Lots of allegations that cannot be disproven, or so far proved. The involvement of Gloria Allred causes much suspicion concerning the charges on my part. I certaintly do not want another person of dubious background in the Whitehouse. I do feel that there must be substantial evidence submitted before the media shouldI "Lynch" Mr. Cain, or any other candidate.
It is too easy for irresponsible lies to be spread by politicians and their supporters. If an accuser is not willing to speak under oath, and supply documation, their accusations should be dismissed.
If their accusation is irefutable, the candidate should face appropiate charges. If the charges cannot be proven, public aknowledgement should be made, and the accuser should be charged with defamation of character.
