There are few times where we can say we are really standing on the edge of history.  This is one of them.

Sometime this week, the Supreme Court will release its long awaited Obamacare decision.

There are really only two ways the decision can go.  The Supreme Court can uphold liberty or allow us to slide into tyranny.

From Fox News:

At last, the verdict.

Republicans and Democrats are girding for a politically explosive week as the Supreme Court prepares to rule as early as Monday on the federal health care overhaul.

The ruling, as campaign advisers are well aware, has the potential to re-shape this year's presidential race. For weeks, each party has been positioning itself to make the best of whatever outcome emerges from the tight-lipped justices.

And the implications go far beyond the 2012 election. The outcome of the health care case, involving one of the most divisive domestic policies in modern times, will affect millions of Americans. Calling for the law's survival, supporters trumpet the expanded consumer protections and subsidies that make insurance more available and affordable. Calling for its defeat, critics blast what they describe as an unconstitutional requirement to buy health insurance, and warn the law will pummel businesses with its mandates and fines.

In the run-up to the historic ruling, each party is crafting a game-plan.

House Speaker John Boehner this past week cautioned the GOP ranks against "spiking" the ball if the mandate is struck down. He and other Republicans say the party will remain focused on repealing whatever parts of the law remain following the upcoming ruling. And, they say, they'll pursue "step-by-step" reforms to replace the law no matter the court's decision.

Every Republican should be spiking the football here, if we win.  This will be a win for freedom and liberty.

Unfortunately for us, many of the big government Republicans want to replace Obamacare with Romneycare.  We must stand and fight that.

If you are in Washington, Tuesday night, the Congressional Tea Party Caucus along with Tea Party Nation, TheTeaparty.net and other groups will be holding a townhall and possible celebration if the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare on Monday.

It will be Tuesday, at 7 PM at the Capitol Hill Club.  If you are not in Washington, the event will be streamed live on Unityrally2012.com.

Join us as we stand against the tyranny of the Obama Regime and hopefully can spike a football on Tuesday night.

Yes, we are literally Standing on the edge of history. Now, will it become recorded history or just future inuendo. We all know the MSM is liberal to progressive after all and if they don't cover it, it will only be a matter of our word against their's. We can pass it along generation to generation like some older cultures used to. I DO have confidence that it truly is a case of where we are Standing on the edge of history, and we are the participants.

GREED--If American citizens didn't hire illegals they would go home or starve.

That's all there is to it.

Relevance to health care is a solid economy can support the pre 2008 system, which could have been expanded by simply raising the Medicaid dollar entry amounts.  That's all it would have taken.  'Prexisting conditions' could have been handled using the 'risk pool' approach.

The system wasn't broken.  Now it is.  It can be fixed.

There are two other Historical cruxes hiding in the room.

One is how long our younger generation will support the elderly?

Two is our prison systems.  If you add the prisoner amount, maybe 3 million, to the Judical system, who knows, and throw in the prison's support systems, farmers, ranchers etc, we have maybe 6 million people involved in something which does not produce a product.  (I know prisons sell items, but they don't fund themselves.)

E-verify, by a commercial company, American Express, for example, would be a good start on the illegals problem.

The secret to the whole ball of wax is we have a good basic system here in the USA.

I have a question:

If the Healthcare Mandate is unconstitutional then just what in the hell is the Patriot Act?

ooh! OOH! Is there a prize for the right answer?

The Patriot Act is:

  1. Better than nothing.
  2. Better than ObamaCare.

What did I win? I always like to get the right answer... Thanks in advance!

Vern,

I think you missed the point........................

Oh, I think I got it.
