Please take a moment to read this article regarding Rick Santorum and his stance on Libertarian and Tea Party Conservatives:

Newt deserves our full support as has been vetted over and over, while Rick has been made into a golden idol for the GOP. It is time for us to see Rick for who he is and that is not a Tea Party Conservative (like Newt and Michele).

I realize this article was about Ricks concerns over the Liberatarian movement within the GOP, and if it had been just that, he would have said just the Liberatarian movement, but he threw in the Tea Party Movement also in his statement of opposition. Whether intentional or not. Context IS important, but so are those little "slip ups" that give us a view into a person's way of thinking. If he didn't have similar concerns about the Tea Party he would not have included them in his statement, intentional or not. This cause me real concerns as a TEA member..

I agree with your sentiment and wonder why Mr. Santorum has not yet received the same critical examination as Newt. With the GOP nomination on the line, it is essential that we are absolutely sure that our nominee does not have skeletons in his closet and is not afraid to address them.
