If you have not heard about this one, it should send your blood pressure through the roof.
In San Antonio, the cheer of “USA, USA,” has been deemed to be racist.
From our friend Todd Starnes of Fox News:
A Texas school district has filed a complaint alleging that students from a rival school engaged in racism by chanting “USA, USA” at a basketball game. The students involved in the incident were reprimanded and forced to apologize.
The San Antonio Independent School District filed the complaint with the University Interscholastic League, the governing body for athletics in Texas. They allege that students at Alamo Heights High School began chanting “USA, USA” after they defeated Edison High School to win a region basketball championship.
Edison’s team is predominantly Hispanic, said Leslie Price, a spokesperson for the San Antonio ISD.
“The implication as they are not American citizens,” Price told Fox News. “We understand competiveness and rivalry, but you need to choose your words and think about the meaning behind them.”
Price said she believes the “USA, USA” chant was racially motivated.
“It was chanted selectively at a school that is predominantly Hispanic and there was understanding of that,” she said.
Price said the school district was bombarded with a number of people who found the “USA, USA” chant to be “very disrespectful.”
“That might be chanted at international soccer games,” she said. “But this is not a chant that these students chant at all of their basketball games. It was selective.”
Who the hell are these fools?
USA? This is the USA. This is the United States of America. Cheering the USA is not racist.
Why do we tolerate morons like those who have destroyed the education system?
In San Antonio, only six in ten students graduate high school. That is a failing rate by any standard. Instead of creating a successful product, namely education, these brain donors instead are worried about stupid nonsense.
The government education industry is a disaster. The costs of education have been exploding, while the product they produce is by all accounts a failure.
And these are the clowns who are going to tell us that students chanting “USA, USA,” is racist? Fire them all and start all over. The results could not be any worse.
Did I miss Something ? ? ? Both the teams are US High School teams, right? I'm sure the chanting team wasn't all English white honkies. If you look into their familys past your sure to find some Italian-Am., Polish-Am., Asian-Am., Native-Am., African-Am. maybe some Latino-Am?, but nun the less their Americans! If the coach dosn't like the players and/or the fans chanting USA in MY US High School, paid for by US taxpayers (me) in my United States of America then I'm sure he's edcuated enough to know there's over 190 other countries he can go to. Now,... for the other team, arn't they Americans too ?.?.?.... If they arn't and are illegal,.... well, your in MY America on MY dime and if you don't like it.... too d*mn bad. Go home and play basketball.

What do the Mexicans have to be proud of anyway, continious strife, Aztecs who did human sacrifice, twenty families who stole the wealth of the country. One of them was the richest billionaire, above Gates.
I know, it's a matter of identity. Better to create an identity--see Maxwlll Maltz--Google him. Tells you all about creating an identity.

If the offended student body and administration choose to emphasize the Hispanic rather than the American, i suggest they return to Hispania. Oh, there is no such place, is there? I don't understand why the offended students didn't join in the cheering of their nation. After all, Texas has been a state of the United States since 1845. So all these students and administrators are Americans.
It is high time we realize that all Americans are the same, endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights. Our ethnic heritage is basically historical. Once we come to America, we are Americans, without all the hyphenated prefixes.
I am proud to be an American. These offended students should be. too. And the school board and coaches should be ashamed of their anti-American actions.

AMERICA! LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT!
If the shoe fits wear it.
