Within the next few days, possibly as early as tomorrow, the Supreme Court will release one of the most historic and important decisions in this history of the Republic.
The decision is of course the Court’s opinion on Obamacare.
The left has already started their messaging based on their reasonable belief that some or all of Obamacare will be struck down. We conservatives need our message out there too.
What is our message?
Our message is the truth about Obamacare.
First, Obamacare is not a compromise or even a final plan. Obamacare is the interim step for socialist healthcare in America. The goal of Obama and the Party of Treason is a single payer healthcare system in America.
One of the great problems in the Obamacare debate is the left, along with their willing accomplices in the drive by media; purposely confuse the distinction between health insurance and access to medical care.
We have universal access to medical care in this nation. If you doubt it, just show up in an emergency room. They must treat you, regardless of your ability to pay. You are expected to pay for your treatment but many do not, especially illegal aliens.
The purpose of Obamacare is to destroy the private insurance market. A few radical far left Congressmen even admitted this in the debate about Obamacare.
With no private sector to pay for health care, that will by default create a single payer system.
This is the danger we need to be talking about.
Everything is rationed in the market place. There are two ways to ration. The free market rations through price and brings market efficiencies. The state simply rations. The technical term for it is centralize planning.
Centralized planning is a hallmark of communism and it has failed everywhere. There is a reason why the old Soviet Union collapsed. Ronald Reagan understood the power of the free market and the free market destroyed communism.
Centralized planning rations on the whim of a government bureaucrat. No one cares whether someone lives or dies. The only issue becomes how do bureaucrats save money?
America’s founding document declares that we are all endowed with the God given, inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution both set the rules that control the relationship between citizens and the state. The state serves the citizens. It is not the other way around.
Socialist healthcare changes that and makes the citizen simply the property of the state.
This is what we must tell everyone. If Obamacare survives, this is what America becomes. Citizens are simply another property of the state to be disposed of when the cost of maintaining them becomes too great.
This is something we need to remind the Republicans of as well. They want to give us Obamacare lite. They are simply moving us to socialist healthcare at a slower pace.
Nine, unelected judges will decide the future of freedom in America in the next few days.
The stakes are very high and every sane person should be nervous. The Supreme Court may save liberty in America or it may drive the final nail into the coffin that holds what was once freedom.
In the next few days, we will know the answer.

This Health Care System, is a $100 Trillion Dollar system per year but not profit. To Tax this system, up to 10%.
Then a 10% against your yearly income....
Force pay into the failures of Health Care Companies, and this is to say I have not found one that has not had suites field against them for dumping of the sick.
Then a twist of a in-site of this Bill to Law, forcing Health Care Insurance Companies to support the sick even though it could cause a economic failure with that company. so why this forcing of Law....?
To create the failure of Health Care Insurance Companies, in order for Government to take control. You must understand, Government will support with Tax dollars these companies...but the failure to pay back creates the twist of a in-site.
This $100 trillion Dollar System, is a program of control and now not only I but a great deal of people found what I shared, Oxy Heroin paid for with your Tax dollars. Another Health Care Failure for Pain.
The Church is now fighting against this Bill, and Government Officials, was off guard and stunned by the suite.
As of now The Voice of The people have United 24 to 27 States against this Bill.....
Yes my friend this Bill is a economic failure for all in support and against it...

They want to kill off the young sick children, start sterilization of the young women, kill off the sick and the elderly. If this healthcare goes through we are all doomed. We must stand up and fight for our freedom of choice.

Permalink Reply by Doug Nicholson on Unfortunately, Romney cannot, by himself, repeal Odumbocare if the SCOTUS fails to shoot it down. It takes both houses of Congress to repeal it. Romney can, however, keep the promise he made to issue an EO that exempts all 50 states!

Unfortunately, even if Obamacare is totally wiped out by the Supreme Court, the Far Left won't quite. They will just bide their time, content with their continuing, although sometimes temporarily slowed down, gains every session of Congress.
There is a way to stop, if fact reverse, Far Leftism. However, making this reversal happen will take a sea change in thinking about how the Federal Government gets money from us. We need to have a States-based system for providing money to "the Feds," not the current system where they can pick millions of pockets with taxes and borrowing.
The CONSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT TAX (the CST, www.constitutionalsupporttax.net) is the needed States-based system.
In summary the CST will do the following:
2. Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 2, authorizing Congress’ power to borrow will also be repealed.
3. Once Congress sets the Federal Budget each year, the dollar amount of the Budget will be divided among the States by a formula that is fair to all States. This five-part formula is explained in the HOW IT WORKS section of the website.
4. It will then be up to the People of each State, and state and local officials, to decide how their State will pay its mandatory share of the Budget.
By putting the flow of money into the Feds coffers in the hands of the States and the People, a a gigantic political bloc, the Feds will be forced back within the framework of the Constitution, never to be able to get out again. Just like the reason for entering the automotive segment (manufacturing).
