Barack Obama has just pulled a play action pass. It is a play in football where the quarterback fakes a handoff, hoping to fool the defenders. The questions is, will it work?
Obama’s play action pass today was his announcement that he was granting amnesty to illegal aliens under certain circumstances.
The play was a shameless pandering to the open borders crowd.
That was the fake.
Many Republicans rose to the bait. They should have, as Obama’s act was absolutely outrageous.
Unfortunately many who are jumping to the fake are not realizing what is really going on.
While Obama’s amnesty is a serious issue, there is an even more important issue that we must be worried about.
Obama is beginning to act more like a dictator than a President. If it is bad now, what will happen if he is reelected and does not have to face the voters again?
Obama’s flirtation with dictatorship began with the Czars. Despite the constitutional requirements that senior administration officials be appointed with the advice and consent of the Senate, Obama simply appointed unaccountable and unconfirmed Czars.
Then came the Defense of Marriage Act. DOMA was passed by the Congress in the 1990’s and it was signed into law by Bill Clinton. Obama announced that he had decided the law was unconstitutional. So instead of going to Congress and demanding the law be repealed, Obama simply announced he would no longer defend the law. Thus, if he had his way DOMA would be repealed by fiat. The leaders of the House of Representatives hired their own lawyers to defend DOMA.
Now, Obama has decided he is going to ignore another law. The law mandates that illegal aliens be removed from the country. The law sets specific procedures for those who want to come to this country. For political reasons, he wants to pander to illegal aliens so he is simply ignoring the law.
Our founding fathers created a system where change would be difficult and where the President, with a couple of exceptions, was a weak chief executive.
Obama does not like that. He wants to be a dictator. He does not want to have to deal with the difficulties of democracy. So now, he is just ignoring laws he does not like.
What is next? Ruling by fiat?
Obama’s actions reveal an even more difficult problem. In America, we have two sides of the political spectrum. We have the Democrats and the Republicans. One of these sides believes in playing by the rules and following those rules. The other side does not care about the rules nor does it play by them. The other side only cares about power. It wants to obtain power and hold power, regardless of what the Constitution says.
For America, this is a situation that is very grave and must be resolved. The Democrats have been taken over by the hard left and unless they move back into the political mainstream, America will not survive.

He has to make people start talking about something other than the economy. I also heard that he is going to legalize marijuana. This would cause an absolute distraction from.... everything, even immigration. This man is our enemy! But, I think the majority of the people already know that. He hates our America, and he is bringing us down... fast. I can't stand what this man is doing to our Country. Why hasn't some of these "Powerful" people in our government stopped this guy?? I'm upset and frightened. I want the "good old days " back. If he gets re-elected, well ,you know, America is Over !!!

I know that I don't have faith in my Government and that if it keeps going the way it is going, people my age will not live their life out naturally. We have to do something, but What? I am calling D.C and everyone one I can. Saving my money to help elect the right people. Growing food and making do with less so I am used to it. What else can I do? We will never bring the "Old Days" back. Our children do not know "history" so they have no idea of a "consequent " resulting from mistakes in history. What are we to do?

I am in the process of writing to the Tea Party brass to organize an "occupy" of Washington to show our public servants what we want. We won in Wisconsin. Holder is tilting and sweating. All we need is a victory over Obamacare at the Supreme Court - and I've provided documentation to the 7 justices (the other 2 are ineligible), and a victory in Florida against Obama's presence on their state ballot on June 18th, and we'll have the momentum to roll over this half-breed. Martial law? Bring it on! Let's see if he's that desperate. I'm a vet, and I don't believe our troops will turn on us in support of such a POS excuse of a Resident. You have to crack some eggs to make an omelet.
