Unbelievable.
In the fight between free speech and totalitarian savages, the Obama Regime has once again come down firmly on the side of the totalitarians.
What has happened?
The filmmaker of the “Innocence of the Muslims” has been arrested.
Allegedly Nakoula Basseley Nakoula violated the terms of his federal probation.
The complaint that alleges the violations has been sealed. It will probably remain that way until Nakoula has his initial appearance on the violation.
This is nothing more than appeasement to radical Islamists.
When someone is on probation, they are given terms they have to live with. A probationer has to stay out of trouble. They have to not be rearrested. They have to abstain from drugs. A probationer will have special conditions. In this case, Nakoula had special conditions, which were not to use a computer that can access the Internet without the permission of his probation officer and not to use an alias.
Just because someone engages in actions that might violate their probation, it does not mean their probation will be violated. These are what are called technical violations.
In most instances, this type of behavior would not result in an arrest.
Unfortunately for Nakoula he made a film that insulted Muslims. Unfortunately for Nakoula, the leadership of the nation wants to appease Islamists, not stand up for American freedoms.
Freedom of speech is under assault, as we have never seen it. Islamists want to make it illegal to “insult Islam.” Of course, they have no problem with other religions being insulted, but no, we cannot speak the truth about Islam.
Unfortunately, the calls for limiting free speech are getting worse.

Islamic leaders in Dearborn, Mich. are holding a rally this Friday night to build momentum for the passage of laws that prohibit speech or expression that hurts "the religious feelings of Muslims."
Put together in response to the film "Innocence of Muslims," rally organizer Tarek Baydoun said, "We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to sow the seeds of hate and discord against the religious beliefs of others." Rally co-organizer Osama Siblani added, "There is a need for deterrent legal measures against those individuals or groups that want to damage relations between people, spread hate and incite violence."
In other words, it appears one of the goals of the rally will be the eventual creation of blasphemy laws: laws that would reflect an international movement toward banning speech that is critical of Islam or Mohammed.
The arrest of Nakoula is nothing but a political prosecution. Fortunately Obama and the Party of Treason have not repealed the Constitution yet. Nakoula will get his day in court. Fortunately, at least for now, America is still a free nation.

This guy is all part of Obama's scheme to create unrest... hopefully riots - if not he simply got away with another chip at our constitutional rights!
