If you have any doubts that the Obama regime holds the Constitution in absolute contempt and believes it does not have to follow the Constitution, proof of their attitude was on full display in Congress yesterday.
While this has been mentioned some, for the most part it has slid under the radar.
What happened?
Leon Panetta, Obama’s Secretary of Destroying the American military was testifying before Congress yesterday about Syria and told the United States Senate that Congressional approval was not required if the United States was a part of an international coalition and if there was an international resolution agreeing to the action.
This is amazing. It is breathtaking the extent to which the Obama regime thinks it can ignore the Constitution.
In fact, not only do they ignore the Constitution, it also shows a stunning view of America.
First the Obama Regime claims it needs no Congressional authorization to send the American military into combat operations. Our founding fathers disagree with you on that one Barry.
While these types of operations may not meet the definition of war that existed in the 18th century when the Constitution was adopted, Congress passed something a few years ago called the War Powers Act. The WPA gives the President flexibility to operate immediately when he needs to and yet work within the framework of the Constitution to get proper Congressional authorization for the use of force.
Obama believes his Regime is above the law and that they can do what ever they want without the Congress telling him what he can and cannot do and without that old piece of paper called the Constitution interfering either.
There is a term for what Obama wants to do. It is called being a dictator.
The second part of this is just as shocking.
The view of the Obama Regime is that an international agreement, read that to be the United Nations resolution, trumps the United States Constitution.
The Obama Regime does not believe in American sovereignty. The Obama regime believes that the ultimate authority is not the American Congress or even the American people. It is the United Nations.
Can you believe this?
The Obama Regime believes we should listen to nations like Iran, Russia and China and these nations should be able to dictate what the United States does.
If the Obama Regime believes the United Nations can trump the United States Constitution, where does this stop?
The answer is it does not stop.
This is the ultimate leftist goal. The left wants American sovereignty to be eroded and made subservient to the United Nations and other trans national groups.
Most Americans do not think this is such a great idea. Do we really want third savages dictating to America how we run our nation? Real Americans do not.
Of course, Barack Obama isn’t a real American.

(communist/socialist) It has happened many times before. Note The Bolsheviks, Castros and Chinese "People's movements" as examples. Those who fought "in the trenches" (Trotsky, as an example) were trampled and left behind! Today's misguided "cannon fodder" are "the occupiers", Fluke and others. No matter! We, The People can end such dangerous "nonsense" by removing all politicians who insist on following party agendas, rather than solving the nation's real problems, in November!

That says we need new voters.
It will take a concentrated, well funded, effort to get to them.

A very convenient add-on to the NDAA and The Patriot Act. The machine has been built. Now, with the attack on religion (all religions) and the upcoming war in the middle east.. all of our woes will be blamed on religion. thereby creating a path to Godlessness, and the all powerful statists can rule us like the sheeple we have allowed ourselves to become.
