If you have any doubts that the Obama regime holds the Constitution in absolute contempt and believes it does not have to follow the Constitution, proof of their attitude was on full display in Congress yesterday.
While this has been mentioned some, for the most part it has slid under the radar.
What happened?
Leon Panetta, Obama’s Secretary of Destroying the American military was testifying before Congress yesterday about Syria and told the United States Senate that Congressional approval was not required if the United States was a part of an international coalition and if there was an international resolution agreeing to the action.
This is amazing. It is breathtaking the extent to which the Obama regime thinks it can ignore the Constitution.
In fact, not only do they ignore the Constitution, it also shows a stunning view of America.
First the Obama Regime claims it needs no Congressional authorization to send the American military into combat operations. Our founding fathers disagree with you on that one Barry.
While these types of operations may not meet the definition of war that existed in the 18th century when the Constitution was adopted, Congress passed something a few years ago called the War Powers Act. The WPA gives the President flexibility to operate immediately when he needs to and yet work within the framework of the Constitution to get proper Congressional authorization for the use of force.
Obama believes his Regime is above the law and that they can do what ever they want without the Congress telling him what he can and cannot do and without that old piece of paper called the Constitution interfering either.
There is a term for what Obama wants to do. It is called being a dictator.
The second part of this is just as shocking.
The view of the Obama Regime is that an international agreement, read that to be the United Nations resolution, trumps the United States Constitution.
The Obama Regime does not believe in American sovereignty. The Obama regime believes that the ultimate authority is not the American Congress or even the American people. It is the United Nations.
Can you believe this?
The Obama Regime believes we should listen to nations like Iran, Russia and China and these nations should be able to dictate what the United States does.
If the Obama Regime believes the United Nations can trump the United States Constitution, where does this stop?
The answer is it does not stop.
This is the ultimate leftist goal. The left wants American sovereignty to be eroded and made subservient to the United Nations and other trans national groups.
Most Americans do not think this is such a great idea. Do we really want third savages dictating to America how we run our nation? Real Americans do not.
Of course, Barack Obama isn’t a real American.

You can not use the excuse that " They made me do it", meaning the UN, it MUST be aproved by Congress. To do otherwise is un-constitutional and he must be impeached. If Obama is allowed to continue doing this, as he did with Libya, and Congress allows it, he IS a dictator. He has shown his contempt for our Constitution, he has proved Congress has NO power.

When he first Occupied the White House, he had the Justice Department consider filing charges against President Bush and Bush's appointees and advisors, including the CIA. One thing I am looking for in a Conservative Republican Candidate is the assurance that Obama will be treated the same as he treated President Bush. Obama didn't find any legal basis for proceding against President Bush, but I am certain if Obama is treated to the same level of scrutiny, Obama will do hard prison time.

The current "Regime" and its allies in the congress, mainly but NOT exclusively on the demoncrat side of the isle, pick and choose what law if any to follow and or enforce. President Obama and members of congress have trampled upon, shredded, and ignored our constitution and existing laws. Unelected bureaucrats have usurped the legislative power denied to the executive branch in seeking to impose tyranny upon our people and States.
Even after an historic rejection of this behavior as evidenced by the 2010 election of a new majority in the House of representatives, the now GOP controlled House has continued giving this administration blank checks written upon a Treasury 16 TRILLION dollars in debt.
Has the House instituted impeachment Articles against this LAWLESS behavior??? No, it has not. Has any member of the House tried to move Articles of impeachment against this LAWLESSNESS? Not to my knowledge, making all members complicit in the LAWLESSNESS.
How are we to save a republic by lawful means when the law is held meaningless by most of our elected representatives and our judiciary?
I fear we have only 2 options remaining to "we the people." Either we convene a constitutional convention at which we restore our constitution to a federal government of delegated, defined, and LIMITED powers ... or we appeal to the Military which swears its Oath to our constitution and NOT to any commander in chief, to arrest those trampling our highest LAW and impose military martial LAW until such time as the people may form a new government to advance us toward a "more perfect union."
Folks ... these truly are the times that try men's souls!

They are forcing him to take Abilify. YIKES! That stuff is deadly. Puts you in a numb state. Be careful out there. I have all the updates on Daryn. He was a Staff Sft in the Military who spoke out against Barry. They tried to jail him then hospitalize him...Scary and Sad.
