Saturday, a soccer game was played at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The United States was the home team, so you would expect the fans filling the Rose Bowl to be chanting, “USA, USA!”
You would be wrong. The visiting team was Mexico and the American team was booed. People did not stand or show respect for the National Anthem when it was played. They cheered for every play the Mexican team made.
This gets even worse. It is not like there was a sudden surge in visitors from Mexico to watch this game. Most of the people who watched the game and cheered for Mexico live in America. Most of them, probably, illegally.
You would think this was as bad as it could get. You would be wrong. The closing ceremony, held in an American stadium, was held in Spanish! Tim Howard, who was the goalkeeper for the American team was furious. He said, “"CONCACAF should be ashamed of themselves. I think it was a [expletive] disgrace that the entire post match ceremony was in Spanish. You can bet your ass that if we were in Mexico City, it wouldn't be all in English.”
This is a minor incident but it is just another example of how we are surrendering our country to people who do not want to be Americans. They simply want to come to this country to take advantage of what they can get.
As bad as things are, they are getting worse. While we stopped amnesty and the DREAM Act, which was a stealth amnesty, the Obama regime is ignoring the will of the people. Obama circumvented Congress and basically issued what amounts to an Executive Order to enact the DREAM Act on his own.
The Obama regime is extending to millions what is called “deferred action.” What that means is when someone is picked up for an immigration violation, they can be offered a “deferred action,” which puts their removal (deportation) on hold. Since everything is on hold, if they have not been released into the country, they are then released. Since their removal is deferred, they are eligible for legal status in this country, including a work permit (aka a green card.)
What is wrong with the Obama regime?
Other than the oblivious fact they are trying to destroy this country and the American system.
We currently have about fourteen million unemployed Americans. Every illegal that is allowed this defacto amnesty is now going to be someone competing for the limited number of jobs there are with unemployed Americans. Does anyone see an upside to this?
In addition, since they are now semi-legal in this country, our social services, which are already stretched to the max, will have an even greater strain put on them.
Currently, depending on who you talk to, we have between ten and twenty million illegals in this country. What do you think is going to happen when the word hits Mexico and parts further south that the American government is not going to deport you if you come into America illegally?
We will be flooded with illegals. While it is still possible now to remove most of the illegals, if we tried, what will it be like with an additional ten to twenty million illegals?
It will be impossible.
With the illegals coming in, who do not want to be Americans, what will happen next? Groups like La Raza teach many of the illegals that the American Southwest was stolen from Mexico. What will happen in five to ten years? There is already a minor separatist movement there that wants to recreate the mythical state of “Alztan.” This is a proposed homeland for Hispanics, which unfortunately covers a significant part of the American Southwest, including parts of California, Arizona and New Mexico.
Obama and the hard left are doing their best to destroy this country. This stealth amnesty and the effects we are already seeing is just the latest. It is also proof that we have very little time left. If Obama is reelected in 2012, America, as we currently know it, will be a thing of the past.

which is a little hard since they control ALL major media outlets, ALL broadcast satellites, and all major news papers.

You say: Calif is part of the United States of America and I consider your remarks as being a Trader to this country. And I say that anybody saying the opposit is a coward and traitor to, not only California, but the United States of America. 50 years ago, would probably have been a draft dodger.

The congress is as bad as Obama, perhaps either more coward, stupid, or treasonous. The congress can and should close the borders, north and south. I have said it previously and will say it again. California's demise is the fault of the whole nation, we the people, and the whole of the nation needs to rise up and demonstrate a show of force. With out that show of force, we are surrendering California to a foreign invasion which will spread across the nation like the recent fires in Arizona. This is not a time to stand back and watch California as a once proud state burn into oblivian. We the people need to march on Sacramento; post haste. I have four patriots who will leave at a moments notice. We do not need to go as a waring party, but we do need to go as a people who are fed up and will be heard. This could have more impact than marching on Washington D.C.

Those of us who live in California, do not appreciate your sentiments. Especially those of us who work our butts off and make many sacrifices daily in the fight. You have no idea what we go through. You have no idea the physical danger we risk. You have no idea what it feels like to have Patriots from all over the Country say things like this. If you think it is bad here, you better look in your backyard. What we are seeing here is headed for every other state, just a lot more quiet. False sense of security. We, out here are like the Marines and the Special Forces. We are the frontline, you are all the back up units. Safe and secure behind the front line. Walk a mile in our shoes before you speak about letting any other Country take California. Not to mention, the military stationed here is what keeps your butt safe!

We are all very forgiving! Apology accepted and please understand we are getting a little sensitive. If you live in Vegas, you are more understanding than most. We know others in your neck of the woods who are working on the voter fraud issues. We tried to get the word out for you guys, but we were fighting a battle here for 5 Congressional races. It is interesting that Vegas and San Diego had similar problems with computer systems going down on election day. There are things everyone should know about how some of this is being perpetuated. Some of it is actually legal.

You cant get a politican here in California to do anything to save this state. My Rep Congress is a clown who refuses to meet with his constituents. State Legislators dont fix laws to help residents. Local Supervisors are too busy to help taxpayers. They all dont have time for the little guy. They want status quo, dont do anything to offend anyone, dont do anything at all but waste taxpayers money. The horrible thing is they get reelected over and over again. Barbara Boxer is a complete moron. Lorita Sanchez is a dingbat. Moonunit Brown is missing brain cells. We have idiots running this states, and progressive idiots who keep voting in these morons in exchange for more entitlements.
Unions run this state into the ground. Its all about teachers salaries and perks, not educating our students. California schools suck, dont teach the children. We spend more and more on education, get no improvements on test scores, no improvement to education. So progressives answer is to pour more money into schools, not hire qualified accountable teachers who can actually teach, have principals who support good teachers, have school boards who represent parents and students, not teaches benefits.
This is one screwed up State with the inmates running the show. Stupid is as stupid does.

You think your own states, counties and cities are ANY DIFFERENT than ours here in CA?!? You are KIDDING YOURSELF!
It's time to come TOGETHER. NOT divide us, from each other. This is ridiculous! We (the tea party) will NEVER WIN if we don't stay together and FIGHT to keep our precious nation together, and FIGHT to get - and KEEP - our liberties and freedom as established by the Constitution.
Grow up. And grow a pair.
Focus on SOLUTIONS. And UNITING us, for the fight of our lives, our generation, and our country. We're going to need ALL of the solidarity and energy we can muster to be focused on THAT most noble of objectives - NOT this worthless tripe.
