The unemployment numbers are out. The unemployment rate rose to 8.3% in July. The drive by media was quick to point out that the economy added 163,000 jobs, which was “better than expected.”
Really?
Of course they were expecting bad numbers. We are in the middle of the Great Obama Depression. But the media left out the obvious. These are the first round of figures that are released. Invariably the government will release figures a couple of weeks later that are not nearly as good as the first figures but the drive by media rarely, if ever reports that.
The real unemployment number is found in the unemployment data. This is called the U6 number. The Obama Regime cooks the books with the U1 number, which is the rate that is most often reported. If you look at the U6 number, unemployment in this nation is at 15%.
Those are numbers equal to what we saw during the First Great Depression.
While the media is touting the fact that 163,000 new jobs were created in July, what they are not saying is that 150,000 people left the workforce. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the total number of people working dropped by almost 200,000.
In June, 142,415,000 people were in the workforce. In July, the number was 142,220,000.
If you look at the real numbers, not the spin the Obama campaign, err, I mean the drive by media gives it, the economy is a total disaster.
Does anyone remember the words of Obama? He promised with the stimulus, the unemployment rate would drop to 6%. Is the media calling him out on this?
He promised green jobs would be the future. The only “green jobs” that are being created by government spending cost hundreds of thousands of dollars per job. It would be cheaper just to pay people unemployment than to create those jobs.
Does anyone remember Obama’s famous words that if he did not fix the economy in three years he was a one term President?
Guess what? The economy is not fixed. The economy is worse now than it has ever been.
Will Mitt Romney be a great President or a good President or will he do anything?
No matter what he does, he will do better than Obama.
That is why Obama and the Party of Treason must be voted out of power this fall and never allowed to return.

Permalink Reply by Ernest E Lane on August 3, 2012 at 1:02pm Governor Romney should run an ad campaign, perhaps focusing on the Internet, targeting young adults with some specific and hard-hitting messages:
- It's always been that each generation has a better standard of living than their parents' generation. You are not going to do that, because of President Obama's policies.
- Don't focus on the "official" unemployment rate. Look at the unemployment numbers that include those that have given up looking, which the "official" numbers ignore. They are just as unemployed, aren't they?
- (Give some examples of taxes and regulations that take effect _after_ the election, when President Obama won't need your support any more.)

He is not the president. He is an imposter. He is not even a real person. More like the Wooden Boy Pinocchio!
Speaning of which, you probably do not even recognize that the Walt Disney Pinocchio is social engineering like Obozo.
It starts out with a man carving a wooden boy.
He finishes late, turns out the lights, goes to bed with the CAT.
The puppet gets into the spirits.
Falls off the Dresser
Wakes up Gepetto
and they dance around.
Next Morning, it is books and apple and off to School - TO SOCIALIZE.
But George C. Scott redirects Oinocchio as efficiently as he directed the attack on Germany and the Nazi's/Scheiffs.
That day turns into a bad trip to Treasure Island which they (Pinocchio and Jimminy) escape and dive in the ocean.
When they get home, it is covered with dust and cob webs.
Off to find Mistro, swallowed by the whale, spit out on the beach because wood and humans do not make good fish bait,
And that night they drag back home where Pinocchio gets in the spirits again but evolves as a real boy.
That's the story - Did you get the picture straight.
A three day span of events, yet the entire cottage was covered with Cob Webs by the Second day.
That is either OWS type cleanup, or someone smoking Whackie Tobaccie to write the movie.
Did you notice the social engineering thoughts in the story.
Did you compare those social engineering thoughts with what is happening to us right now. Is your nose growing like Obama's is growing?
Are you living in the cob webs and OWS dusters, or, are you thinking about how to get rid of Obozo and his liar's complex.
One way is not call him President.
