Okay, we all know liberals are pretty nutty but there are a couple of examples today that really go over the top.

First, in New Hampshire, a mother tried to prime her kid to get Rick Perrry in a gotcha moment.  Unfortunately for her, there was a camera right behind her.

Immediately afterwards, Jon Huntsman had to grab for attention, tweeting "I believe in evolution."  Not that anyone really cares what Huntsman has to say.

Actually, we can call you a liberal.  The meaning is about the same.

Then, there is everyone's favorite liberal lunatic Jeanane Garofalo saying she thinks Herman Cain is being paid to run. Can someone explain why anyone pays attention to her?  She was on Keith Olberman's show, so three people got to see this live.

Absolutely, Bradley!

Releasing America's fossil fuel potential off shore, in the Rockies, and in Alaska would emasculate OPEC and oil prices would plummet!  Bring it!

a. zion

That was really good Bradley.....you know if we can't retain our sense of humor....we are lost....and if it were not so serious......and infuriating....the liberals are really very funny....I agree, I think Sarah Palin's perfect position would be on the Cabinet or in the Senate.....and if we could get her on some level of Energy and authority....we would be selling oil and gas to the Saudi's in the future and we would all be getting checks from the oil companies like my niece does who lives in Alaska!!!

Jeff:

It truly is a matter of supply and demand. Even perceived supply. Bush opened a large area to EXPLORATION and the prices went down! I just attended a Cain rally in Lexington, SC. You really need to listen to what he has to say. VERY impressive! And, while he is too much a gentleman to say it. Who will call him racist?

"because there's not much she or Congress can do to lower gas prices."

mr. m this one is easy. if an american president went on record just 'intimating' that the u.s. was going

to open both coasts and 'anwar' to full commercial exploration and production the saudis would panic,

and we could negotiate a lower intermediate price per barrel. and if we actually did utilize our domestic

resources? ...b

I disagree that there is not much the the Congress or President can do to bring down the price of gas.  The US could announce a new energy policy that will explore for oil and natural gas in every conceivable location including off-shore and to open ANWAR.  At the same time, it should announce to OPEC that monopolies are unlawful in the US and either to stop price fixing the price of oil or the US will file charges in the World Court at the Hague.  Threaten to seize all assets of Arab Oil in the US and use the money to pay excessive oil charges.

Instead we just wring our hands and say....Oh my!  Woe is me!

Grow a pair.
Wow. "Nuts and Dolts" pegs it. For Garofalo and Olberman. Was "Nuts and Dolts" on the original? That's funny. I agree. Since they're so into analyzing here's one for them. This demonstrates an interesting case of projection the nuts and dolts subtitle. Ha!
If mommy wanted the questions asked, why didn't she ask him herself and not use her child? It's a question. They're running scared over Perry. The WaPo reported on two dozens liberal that followed Perry in New Hampshire, taunting him. But they didn't report the on the Fair incident  in Michigan--more teens were involved in beating people there. They haven't reported on the gangs of 30 or more looting stores up north. It's the liberal bs, they cannot handle reality, so they use children, taunt and tease, and the main stream media only reports what it wants to report. I've lived in Texas since 1963, the last 10-years Perry has been our governor, and he didn't get re-elected because he is some awful agenda-21 loving, Arab back-patting man. He's admitted when he was wrong and he's seen this state through the last 30-something months of Obama and we're still moving ahead, down here. I'm sick of the lies about the man. Garofalo isn't worth the energy and you cannot debate the mentally insane, drug-induced bs of the Hollywooden heads.
The liberals are not just desperate they see hopelessness in 2012. Not only do they believe Gov. Perry can beat Obama, he will clobber Obama by a landslide, taking down the Democrats in the Senate and even more in the House. How ironic that the Democrats will go from super-majorities in both houses of Congress and control of the White House to see the GOP go from super-minority to control of the White House with super-majorities in Congress including a filibuster/RINO-proof majority in the Senate in only two election cycles. Can you say obliteration? To the Democrats this would be the end of everything they ever stood for. Doomsday is not just on the horizon, it's now just around the corner. And I'm going enjoy every moment of it.

In recent years, Ms. Garofalo thought anyone who said anything against Obama was racist.  So, if she speaks out against Herman Cain, doesn't that make her a racist by her standards?  Both clips show just how hypocritical the left is.  Had this been a tea party member attempting to have their child ask a "gottcha" question, this would have been front page news.  So, yes, things like this must be shown and brought to the forefront so that people can see first hand and be reminded of the hypocrisy of the liberals in this Country.

What I object to is  that liberals keep advancing one side in a philosophic  argument and trying to persuade the public that those on the other side are yahoos who are against scientific advancement. It doesn't help that many scientists are ignorant of the philosophy of science.  The public reads Hawkins' book without considering that this is a very sick man whose views are as much driven by emotion as

the most manic Holy Roller. Liberals proceed regularly from the argument from authority, and then turn around and attack evangelicals etc. for doing the same.  The public may hear stuff about "  string theory"on "the Big Bang," and not know how totally hypothetical it is, and how driven it is by people are are determined--like Thomas  Huxley--to kill God.

Hi John,

Very well said!  I loved reading Carl Sagan's book Cosmos when I was a kid, but even at that age I noticed his preoccupation with trying to convince the reader that God did not exist.  He would make anti-God statements in the book that just didn't really relate to the scientific topic.  Stephen J. Gould did EXACTLY the same thing in his books.  Dawkins is the same.  Their obvious agenda is not science at all; I believe they are driven by the "spirit of antichrist" that John talked about in the Bible.  Some people just have an irrational, rabid, intense hatred of all things Christian, to the point where it doesn't even make sense.  Why should they care?  If they believe in nothing, then why should they care what anyone else believes, since it makes no difference anyway?

It is with some sorrow that I must take umbrage with the Title of this discussion, sir.

That title being  "Liberals going nuts"

Inherent in said title are 2 suppositions:

  1. That they were previously sane,  and
  2. That they are becoming more so!
  • On what scale(s) do you determine either of these two suppositions?

Please provide data, measuring systems or other documentation. I would propose that all Liberals have deserved housing in the mental care units for decades, suffering from various mental incapacitation(s).

Thank you in advance for additional forthcoming information.
